*The sign says open, and everything looks the same about Kalib's gym but... Something just feels off. Delta? stands behind the counter looking at some strange looking cards.*

*A door of darkness opens and Roxas steps out* Alright then this place should work.

*looks at the note having a blank look behind his helmet*

*he walks in waiting for the staff*

{Tai and Agumon fall out of the darkness.}

Whoa! Cool! That's a neat trick Roxas!

You can learn some interesting things in Organization XIII. Though I wouldn't suggest them as an employer in spite of that given they were a front for an evil plot. *He smiles and walks outside into the back yard* So where we left off?

*Delta? puts the cards under the counter and looks at the new arrivals.*

None of you look familiar... That doesn't matter I suppose. What do you want to do here?

*he looks over at the counter* Oh hi owner uh you don't mind us using the place right?

Tai

Oh! Sorry mister! I thought we could use the GYM!

{Tai and Agumon bow as Roxas discusses with the man.}

Roxas-

Just a little sparing match is all.

Migrant

OOC: Nah, the only KH character that Tatsu is is Roxas.

i'm just here to cheer roxas and tai.

Roxas-

OOC: Yes it is I Xehanort!

Roxas-

OOC: Dang it Mig I was gonna pull a prank. He's not wrong though.

Yeah you're free to use the gym however you want. Wouldn't be much of a gym otherwise. Go nuts with your sparring. There's a field out back.

I look at the sign and smirk, pushing open the door and nodding at the counter. "Hey bud." Grabbing a couple boxing gloves from the rack and puts them on. "So who wants to go a round?"

Xion

i can fight anyone if i want, but right now, taking my time with roxas maybe he will restore his memories about me too.

Tai

{Tai's and Agumon's eyes light up.}

Together: Thanks Mister!!

{They run to the back door and run into the open field.}

Roxas-

Alright then... Metal Greymon huh? Think I got an idea.

*xion falls at the ground asleep*

I crouch at Xions unconscious form and poke him. "Oi this is a gym not a hotel. Ou gonna wake up?"

Migrant

Huh.... so Roxas has memories about yo-- she's asleep.

Roxas-

I've got a few Mig yeah, it's all kinda fuzzy though.

Tai

Ready? Agumon Warp-Digivolve!

{The same scene plays out, as Agumon grows and grows into the behemoth that is Metal Greymon.}

M: Be careful Tai. We haven't seen his full potential yet.

You're right buddy!

{He pulls down his goggles and puts them on.}

I believe it was your turn last Roxas, let's go!

Delta-M

*He sighs before going over and picking up Xion to set her on a couch.*

People know less and less how to conduct themselves in society each day I swear...

*He returns to the counter and glances at the person that last entered.*

Those others seem to be busy. I'll go a round with you if you really want. Be warned, I don't pull my punches.

"Oooo that's new. Tell me, how did you come across these memories?" Leaving Xions body, I jump over to Roxas and pull up a chair. "I want the whole story."

FireShadow19

"Oh never mind, just got a more interesting offer, you'll have to tell me later... Roxas was it?" Moving to the boxing ring I tighten the strings on my gloves. "Oh good, I was afraid of that."

Roxas-

*He puts his Keyblades away than rushes behind Metal Greymon in a reversal and grabs the tail with inhuman strength attempting to spin him around as he channels Gravity into his hands trying to lighten Greymon* Not sure I'm actually strong enough but I'm pretty good!

Migrant

Huh, we should do something about that at some point.

Tai

Eh? EH?! Metal Greymon, uh! FLY! Yeah! Do that!

M: Stay calm Taichi! We can do this!

{As M.Greymon is being spun around, he begins gaining altitude and dragging Roxas with him.}

Delta-M

*Delta? takes some spare gloves and puts them on. He enters the ring and awaits his opponent.*

Now boxing isn't my strongest martial art, but I don't think you'll giving me a run for my money.

*He throws a few quick jabs at the air and takes up the traditional boxing stance.*

Migrant

Boxing? Don't think anyone's really done that here before.

I chuckle and swing my arms around. "Good I'm looking forward to it. I'm not really a fighter but I do know the basics to defending myself, so I hope you are ready... what's your name again? I'm not sure I caught it." Taking a few steps forward towards Delta?, I shift my balance to the balls of my feet and start bouncing on them, getting ready to dodge.

Roxas-

*He let's go of Metal Greymon and than floats to the air as rings of light form around before a volley of light magic orbs fly towards Greymon's* Wow you can fly too? I can only that in Neverland it's just gliding anywhere else!

Axel

Better not lose now, Roxas.

Delta-M

My name? I can tell you one of two answers. For now just call me M. That works for both of them. And yours?

*Once he hears the answer to the question, Delta? goes to close the distance between the two of them and throw two quick jabs at his opponent's face with his right fist before faking a third going for a body blow with the left.*

Tai

Metal Greymon watch it! Those look strong!

M: Damn!

{M.Greymon tries to maneuver around the orbs but is struck by a few of them, causing him to plummet. Tai runs over to him.}

It's okay buddy, we're still in it!

M: Right! Giga Destroyer!

{M.Greymon's chest opens again, and a volley of two cartoonish missiles start barreling towards Roxas. Heavy Fire damage.}

Migrant

Hey Axel. Want some health drinks or regular drinks?

"Heh, you can call me... Shadow for now. I believe that is acceptable." Smirking I sidestep out of the way and throw a punch aimed for your ribs. "It's actually quite fitting. But nice to meet you M."

Roxas-

Burning Break Raid! *He lights his blades on fire then tosses them at the missiles to try and blow them up* hope this world.

Axel

Regular drinks, I'm more in the mood for something sweet right now.

Migrant

*Slides behind a counter and gets a milkshake for Axel.*

I think this counts as okay for a gym. Either way, Kalib isn't here so all bets are off.

Delta-M

Shadow, huh?

*He steps into the hit to give Shadow no time to avoid a right-hook aimed at his jaw before backing up a few steps to be out of range.*

You might not think it's so nice after I beat you here. But more people in the Nexus is always a nice thing to see.

Axel

*Axel picks up the milkshake and begins sipping it*
Not bad. Thanks...I don't think I quite caught you name.

Tai

{The missiles explode in a cloud of flame.}

Got you now! Metal Greymon! I'll be your eyes! I can see him through the cloud! I picked up on his signal!

{The goggles begin flashing slightly.}

M: Right! Trident Arm!

{Tai gives M.Greymon Roxas' location and the metal arm charges right at him. Heavy pierce damage.}

Axel

I grin and recoil from the hit. "Oooo nice one. Guess I can't take you lightly after all. Ah well, guess I expected this to be a beatdown on me. And Nexus huh? That's what this place is? Nice name." Taking a few tentative steps forward, I set up my guard and get ready for his next hit. "And trust me, you at your worst is still nice compared to what I've seen. Just try and prove me wrong."

Axel

I'll be sure to get it memorized, Migrant.

Roxas-

*he tries to dodge but it still slams into his left side* Phew that's pretty nice... Heal! *He raises Lost Memory and a green light engulfs him* Alright what else ya got?

Migrant

Good. You're around often enough it won't be hard.

Axel

Well sorry, I'm a rather busy guy.
*Axel shrugs*

Migrant

Oh yeah, what're you busy doing around here?

Tai

{Tai smirks.}

Bored of the ultimate level? Ready to crank things up a notch?

M: That really a good idea Taichi? I don't want to hurt the kid too much, even if he is strong!

{Tai frowns and pauses before pulling out his Digivice.}

Alright. Up to you Roxas. Just say the word!

Delta-M

Yep, this is the Nexus. Once you're in you can't leave. And me at my worst? Got a while before that happens Shadow. You might be around for when it does though.

*He steps forwards, left arm reeled back for a haymaker when he suddenly ducks even lower to deliver a right uppercut, looking to break Shadow's guard.*

Axel

Sorry, but that's only for Roxas and me to know about.

Roxas-

You've got more power huh. Alright guess I can stop holding back too!

"Hahaha I certainly hope so. You seem to be quite the prospect and I would love to pay to see you at your worst. Though you do seem to be a little more predictable then I initially thought. How though? That's my little secret." Chuckling I take the hit and stagger backwards a bit before regaining my guard. Smirking at you I steady myself on the mat and prepare.

Migrant

Well that's not suspicious or anything.

Then again, I suppose I'm up to things that I don't tell people as well.

Axel

Well, this will be interesting.

Tai

You heard him! Let's do this! Metal Greymon Digivolve!

M: METAL GREYMON DIGIVOLVE TOO...

{Metal Greymon is surrounded by data and slowly shrinks down to about the 1-2 story level of height. Suddenly, a more humanoid shape is present, coated in golden armor. The figure swings an arm and blows away the gold aura revealing the Mega form.}

W: WAR GREYMON! Hahahaha! What do you think Roxas?

Heh. What the big guy said.

Axel

Better not hold back now, Roxas!

Roxas-

*He whistles* I'd say you look pretty damn strong. *His eyes narrow as he dashes into him blades first and a beam of light crashes down*

Delta-M

Predictable? Maybe in boxing since I can't go all out. But regardless, I don't intend on just giving you the win here. You'll have to earn it.

*He steps in again, going for a jab to the face, one to the chest, and another to the face with his right fist. The left one staying near his face to guard.*

I chuckle and turn away to your right, your fist skimming the back of my neck, while I bring the back of my fist, with as much force as I can, to your unprotected temple, then as my fist is still near your face, I use you as a push off and fling myself behind you and fling you forward to where I was. "Is that enough to give it to me?" I grin as I slide to a halt and take up my position again.

Tai

{War Greymon just takes the hits and his pushed back a few meters.}

W: Impressive Roxas! I'm pretty heavy and you moved me that far! But here I come!

Break through War Greymon!

W: GREAT TORNADO!

{War Greymon begins to fly for a moment, and puts his two arms above his head. He begins to spin, faster and faster. He keeps spinning until he is just a blur of gold and flame. Suddenly he charges at Roxas only to feint and burrow under the ground.}

Roxas-

Hmm so if he's under the ground... Can't react like this Haste! *A gear turns above him for a moment speeding him up as he prepares to try and block with reflect*

Tai

{War Greymon suddenly appears underneath Roxas. The shockwaves and his haste give him ample time to block. As he rises, Roxas is hit but not hurt, the reflect knocks the attack off course and War Greymon floats in the air.}

W: What a superb technique Roxas!

I have to agree, that magic is something else!

Roxas-

Hey I wasn't sure it'd work... Good thing it didn't give, now then time for another one burn baby! *His Keyblades roar into flames as he rushes War Greymon in a flurry of slashes aimed for the cracks in his armor at the arms feet and legs*

{OOC: Probably should've added reference images...not sure how many Digimon fans we got here. }

(My apologies FireShadow. Internet was being stubborn with me.)

*He takes the hit and stumbles forward a bit before righting himself and turning to face Shadow after shaking his head a bit.*

Neat trick, I'll have to use it myself sometime. Might have given you the win against someone else but, I'm a bit tougher than most. Show me a bit more and I'll consider it.

*He considers stepping in once again, but decides to let Shadow mount his own offensive.*

Axel

OOC: I don't watch the recent stuff but I've seen up to Data Squad and a bit of Xross.

Roxas-

OOC: I grew up on Digimon. That's how I remember those tiny little gaps in the armor.

(No worries)

"No problem bud, though I'll let you in on a little secret. The best way to win fights? Be damned creative." Grinning I back up a bit. "And I certainly hope your tough enough to survive this next one." Smirking I run forward seemingly going for a straight punch to the face, before dropping to the floor and sliding right past you, punching the back of your left kneecap then coming to a stop and punching your back.

Tai

{The attacks hit the openings in the armor and War Greymon looks like he's actually in pain.}

W: Well...can't say I'm perfect now can I?

War Greymon, give him a taste of his own medicine! Turn up the heat!

W: You got it Tai! GAIA FORCE!

{War Greymon lifts his arms and begins forming what can only be described as a sun. It grows and grows until it is about the size of a small bungalow. He then slams it down towards Roxas for colossal fire damage.}

Roxas-

*He dodges back out of the way in a blur but the flames still do serious damage as he moves out* Geez even Axel might not burn that hot... I can keep going though Faith! *Pillars of light form around him then rush Greymon doing heavy light damage and Healing some if they hit*

Delta-M

*He watches Shadow slide pass and let's the hits go through, dipping slightly at the knee punch and beginning to roll forward to lessen to damage from the punch to his back. He get's up and rolls his neck.*

And here I thought we were just boxing. Well if you're doing more then I should to right?

*He takes a different stance, standing up straighter with his right side facing Shadow. He motions for Shadow to "come here" with his right gloved hand.*

I'll give you a little taste of what I can do.

"Heh. Whoops sorry guess I did get a little ahead of myself. But alright, if we are finally going all out, here you'll need these." I take off the boxing gloves and put on a pair of leather gloves, and toss him a set as well. "Much better for a more fluid fighting style."

Tai

War Greymon careful!

W: Child's play Taichi!

{He flies and nimbly dodges all but the last pillar due to his cockiness. Leading Tai to face palm as the Digimon crashes to the ground.}

Really? Really now....ha....get up War Greymon.

W: Hehe...sorry about that Tai.

It's fine, just do the thing we practiced.

W: On it! DRAMON KILLER!

{As Warg rises to his feet, he slashes his at the ground and sends a flurry of fiery pillars careening towards Roxas each doing a separate chunk of heavy fire damage.}

Roxas-

*He dodges between the pillars with ease* Hah this isn't so different from fighting Axel now! *His Keyblades glow with a draining light as he dashes at War Greymon in a sliding stab then repeats two more times*

Delta-M

*He catches the leather gloves and swaps them with the boxing ones. Stretching his fingers a bit, he nods to Shadow.*

They're not what I normally use, but it'll have to do.

*He lifts his left leg and kicks at the air a few times before setting it back down.*

Much better. Whenever you're ready.

"Glad you like. Always keep two sets on me at a time. Helps ease the pressure on the knuckles." I grin and take a few steps forward and grin. "Just martial arts, no weird superpowers agreed?" I relax on my feet and beckon him forward. "Come get me."

Tai

{War Greymon takes the slashes, wincing in pain as he looks for an opportunity to strike.}

W: Then take this! WAR DRIVER!

{The Dramon Killers on his arms glow fiery gold and Warg unleashes a colossal physical assault on Roxas.}

Delta-M

That's fine by me. It might be refreshing to only rely on martial arts. Haven't done that in a while. Prepare yourself then Shadow.

*He runs in before planting his left foot down in front of Shadow before bringing his right foot forward for a kick at Shadow's head. Following through with it, he pushes off of his left foot and swings it around to try and have it connect as well before landing back on his right foot with his left knee raised.*

Roxas-

*He Raises his Keyblades and smashes them into the claws pushing against Greymon's assualt for a while before he gets knocked back and takes medium damage*

Geez even blocked that hurts, *he chuckles* good thing light can heal me otherwise I'd be down. Now this on for size Graviga! *A dark orb of Gravity forms above Greymon and tries to crush him*

"Nice, about time for a fair fight." Grinning I duck under both his kicks, and before he has a chance to regain his balance, I aim a swift punch towards his groin then jump back, hands raised to guard. "Maybe a slight emphasis on fair."

Tai

War Greymon watch out!

W: Gah! BRAVE SHIELD!

{Warg puts up his ultimate defense but without knowing what the attack did, he was dropped to the ground against the heavy gravity.}

W: Damn...Taichi...I think ti-

{Suddenly in a burst of light, the mighty warrior was reduced to a small pink creature.}

K: -me is up.

Roxas-

*he stares on in shock* Woha that worked? Gravity is super strong but the trick is to dodge it actually. It's a pretty slow spell so blocking isn't great. Still that was an amazing match! I wonder do you guys have even stronger forms somehow?

Tai

K: Put me back in coach...ahh...

{The tiny creature passes out and Tai walks over and picks him up, smiling proudly.}

For our first big fight Koromon, you did awesome!

{Tai walks over to Roxas and offers a hand.}

Dodge gravity magic, got it! You were amazing Roxas! I think we could've gone longer but we've been out of the fight scene for a bit. And we do have stronger forms, but it's not ours technically...it's shared with my friend and rival, Matt.

{He smiles brightly.}

Delta-M

*Maneuvering his left shin take the punch, he starts to fall backwards only to catch himself on his hands and push the rest of his body up. He spins on his hands before pushing off towards Shadow feet first, looking to catch him off guard with the unorthodox method of attack.*

Migrant

*Applauds*

Man, you both are awesome.

Roxas-

*he accepts the handshake* Even stronger huh? I'd love ta fight that one day! And yeah you guys are pretty tough... Hey I bet if you got your own magic Tai you'd be even better, heh maybe you've got the makings of a Keyblade wielder?

Smirking I jump up, expecting to jump over you, but get hit on my feet and fall forward, onto you and pushing us both quickly onto the mat. "Ouch... that backfired."

Tai

{Koromon is scooped back into the Digivice after the handshake and Tai smiles.}

Oh! Magic and a nifty sword? Not sure if I'd be compatible but anything to get one up on Matt! Heh. I can just imagine the look on his face!

Delta-M

*He laughs a bit before pushing Shadow off of him and offering a handshake.*

While I'd normally fight until you drop, something's come up and I think it's time I leave.

(Irl I've got to bounce in a bit, so I'd rather it not be mid fight.)

Roxas-

Well if you've got strength of heart you can use one. *He smirks* though getting as good as me that takes a while.

"Sure anytime M. I'm always up for falling for you." Chuckling I accept your hand up. "Besides I've got to get back to my other past times. It's not everyday I'm free to be beat up."

(No problem, I've got to sleep now anyways. 1:26 am here and I have grad in 5 and a half hours.)

(Lol, it's past 2AM for me.)

*Releasing Shadow's hand once the handshake is completed, he gets up.*

Let's hope the next time we meet can be on similar terms.

*Delta? Vanishes from sight, the leather gloves he borrowed fall to the floor after he teleports away.*

Grabbing the other pair of gloves, I stuff them into my pocket, and fall facefirst onto the nearest chair, bench or couch and start snoring, already fast asleep.

{Tai notices the other group.}

Looks like everyone is done sparring.

Roxas-

Yeah seems that way. I'd offer ta warp you home but I can only go places I've been. See you later Tai! *He walks off into a dark door*

Tai

{He waves at Roxas.}

Bye Roxas! Let's do this again someday!

{Tai walks over to the counter and sits on a stool.}

Heh. I'm glad that's over with!

*A figure appears behind Klib*

{The young man walks into the building in his soccer gear. He is wearing a grin that stretches across his face.}

Hehe! Ever since that fight with Roxas, I've been getting a lot stronger, amazing! Hehe!

{He accidentally bumps into Nacci due to his absentmindedness.}

Gah! I'm sorry about that Miss!

{He bows profusely.}

*Delta? suddenly appears behind the counter, not really paying attention to anyone else. This should be mildly concerning.*

Fight with Roxas eh? What little I've heard he's pretty good... You I know nothing of though.

I am curious though. I do not sense any strong energy coming from your self. How does one such as you keep up with ones as strong as Lux or Tatsuya. Does all your power come externally?

Delta-M

It's because of that little pet he has. I think it's made of data or something. Can do quite a bit of damage when it powers up.

Tai

{Tai grins.}

My power comes from my bond with my partner.

{He unclips his Digivice from his shorts, and tosses it up in the air before catching it.}

Agumon, realize!

{A massive flow of data can be sensed as the streams of binary coming from the device begin to form the shape of a small raptor, and in a flash of light, the form is completed and reveals a small yellow dinosaur with green eyes.}

A: 'Sup Tai?

{The small creature turns to Taichi and speaks.}

Nacci

Interesting. You have a companion who does your fighting for you...

However, I still do not sense any intense power from it. Does it relate to what Delta said in power up.

Tai

{Agumon and Tai looks at each other, then back to Nacci.}

Both: Something like that.

{Agumon runs out to the back lot. Tai stands in front of Nacci and offers a hand.}

Care to test your mettle? Miss....um? Well, my name is Taichi Kamiya, pleased to meet you.

*She releases his hand, and heads out to wherr Agumon went.*
Is this where the fighting will take place? This location is in Masters Em and Kalib's combat records.

*He looks at Tatsuya out of the corner of his eye.*

That's no way to treat the man that owns the Nexus. Where's the respect? The reverence? The awe and wonder that I graced you with my presence? With manners like that it's no wonder the kid hated you so much.

Hmm which kid hates me? There's lots after all, and no I'm not going to act any different than normal... Not my style Greed but if you have Delta's memory you knew that. Curious what you're doing here though.

{Tai follows Nacci out to the back lot.}

Masters huh? You do karate or something?

{Tai stands next to Agumon and puts on his goggles. He whistles after doing so.}

Agumon, I think we might be in for a tough one...she's giving off readings way different than Roxas. Stay on your toes.

A: You got it Tai!

Now then Nacci. Come at us with everything you got!

Delta-M

Doesn't matter what he thinks because I own him too. He's MY father after all. Only my other siblings can make that same claim, but it doesn't change anything. The Nexus is mine and nothing can take that right from me. Not you or the rest of the "heroes" and "villains" here. So enjoy your last moments you get to think otherwise.

*His eyes return back to normal as he eyes the two going to fight.*

You should go watch the match. Learn something about those you associate with.

Nacci

Affirmative. Permission to engage granted.
*Clicking and whirring can be heard throughout Nacci's body as she preps for combat. Suddenly, her once light grey hair turns straight white, and a sudden chill fills the room.*
Open fire.
*Nacci begins to shoot Ice Dust ammo towards Tai himself, aiming mainly for his torso.*

Tatsuya

Hmm so you're actually more prideful than Hubris... That's quite interesting since even he doesn't claim to stand above your father, probably thinks of it but doing so openly? I can admire that kind of confidence frankly... At any rate you're right this should be fun.

*He walks off to observe the match*

Tai

This is new! Agumon return fire! Baby Burner!

{Tai leaps out of the way causing his left leg to get hit by the dust, and begins to freeze.}

What is this stuff?!

A: I'll get her Tai! BABY BURNER!

{Agumon spews out a massive wave of flames from his maw, dealing light flame damage.}

Nacci

*The flames seem to die out as the approach Nacci, and while they do hit, it doesn't bother her in the slightest. Her hair and eyes begins to change once more during the attack, this time to Purple and Black.
Once the fire is gone, Nacci begins to float in the air.*
This power does not seem strong enough to face those here. Please do not hold back against me.
*Right after she speaks, Nacci begins to head towards Tai, starting slowly, but eventually picking up the pace. She attempts to kick him once in range.*

Tai

A: TAI! LOOK OUT!

{Agumon rushes to Tai and knocks him away, taking the hit in his place, sending him flying and landing face down on the ground. Tai falls to the ground but quickly scrambles to his feet and runs to Agumon, staggering with his half frozen leg.}

You know pal, I'm starting to think starting at Rookie really only serves to get us both hurt.

{Agumon looks up and smiles.}

A: Ha...I was thinking the same thing Tai...

Alright, Agumon, no more holding back. Let's move to Champion, Agumon Digivolve!

A: AGUMON DIGIVOLVE TOOOOOOO.....

{Tai holds out his Digivice as an orange light bathes Agumon and he becomes 0s and 1s again, and his shape changes and grows larger and larger. Until finally the burst of light happens again and the previous raptor was replaced by a T-Rex with a reinforced helm.}

G: GREYMON!

Ready Nacci? Here we go! Hit 'er with Nova Flame!

G: ON IT! NOVA FLAME!!

{Suddenly, the hulking beast blasts a whitish flame at Nacci, making the previous one look like a shitty Zippo lighter. This flame does medium fire damage.}

Spectrum

(Can I join?)

Nacci

*While they digivolved, Nacci had begun switching her color to Red. However, the fire came out before the expected, and she has hit by it, canceling the change and reverting her to her base form.*

I have made a miscalculation. You must be taken down quickly in order to be efficient.

*Before Nacci appears a card. She smashes this card between her palms, and a large mechanical spider appeats under her, placing her on top of it.*

Hemera. Heat Wave.

*The spider raises two of its legs and points them towards Tai and Greymon, and blasts of condensed, heated air flies towards to both of them for Heavy Physical damage.*

Delta-M

(Spec they're having a 1v1 right now, but I can probably fight you for a bit if you want.)

Tai

{OOC: You could try sparring with Tatsu or Delta, if they are around still, really up to them. But the current match is a 1v1. Multiple battles can go on at the same time, this is what GYM was made for.}

Spectrum

(Oh, ok. So this is like a training thing?)

Tatsuya

(I'm around but about to go to bed. And yes yes it is, IC it's uh training... OOC it's just to practice writing fights honestly)

Tai

So that's a Persona! AWESOME!

G: Not now Tai! Block!

{The pair guard the attack, however it still does a good chunk damage. Tai uses the heat to quickly thaw his leg.}

G: You got a plan Tai?

Not a good one...

{He smirks.}

But let's use my soccer practice. You set her up and I knock her down! Let's go Greymon!

{Greymon nods and charges down Nacci.}

G: GREAT HORN ATTACK!

{Greymon attempts to use his head to flip her and send Nacci backwards towards Tai who is getting ready to bicycle kick the girl when she comes his way.}

Here goes nothing!

Nacci

*Nacci allows the flip to happen, however she uses this time to switch modes, and she turns Yellow, and Hemera also disaooears mid flight. Upon kicking her, Nacci grabs Tai's leg, sending an intense electrical current into him. He's also kicking a robot, and he hits straight metal with his cleat.
After a few seconds, she lets go, and returns to her base form.*

Tai

{Tai is zapped and drops in front of her. Not moving.}

G: Tai! Tai! Get up!

{Greymon moves over to Tai and nudges him to no avail. He grabs Taichi and brings him to a bench by the back door.}

G: I'll show her Tai. I'll make you proud!

{Greymon looks and Nacci and laughs.}

G: Well, it seemed obvious that you weren't a normal girl, guess Tai is just that dense...I guess it's one on one now. Let's go! TAIL SLAM!

{The massive dinosaur leaps above Nacci and twists itself midair to give its tail more momentum as it swings down and crashed into Nacci.}

Nacci

*Nacci catches the tail with her hands, and she scrapes backwards across the ground.*

Interesting. You can act without his command. However you do not seem to have any more tactical knowledge than him.

Hemera. One-Shot Kill.

*The spider appears from behind Nacci and it puts a leg directly up to Greymon's face. It turns out the leg was a gun, and it fires point blank.*

Tai

{"Damn....I don't have time to block...this is gonna hurt!"}

G: GRAAGH!

{Greymon is thrown back across the lot and crumples to the ground, his outer armor on his head heavily damaged.}

G: T-T-Tai...I can't do this alone....please wake up soon!

{Greymon struggles to stand but eventually manages it. His eyes blinking and dilating as he stares down at Nacci.}

G: Clever. And you're right...I'm not that smart...but I am clever enough to stall you until Tai wakes up! BIT FIRE!!

{Greymon's throat lights up and as its maw opens, there is a fiery light rising faster and faster! Until finally, the massive monster unleashes a barrage of fireballs at Nacci and Hemera.}

Nacci

*Nacci switches herself to Electric mode as she dodges the fire to the best of her ability, scorching some of her outer body.
Afterwards, she hops atop Hemera and puts her hands up. Above the arena, crackling, and a dark cloud begins to form.*

Hemera. Ziodyne.

*As Hemera uses Ziodyne, and all the electricity from it and Nacci herself shoot up into the air.
After a few seconds, a massive thunderboth lands directly onto Greymon, and the intensity rumbles the building.
Nacci returns to her base form after it's usage.*

Tai

{Tai stirs due to the sudden shaking.}

Huh?! Huh!? I'm up Kari! I'm up! What?

{Tai sits up in time to see Greymon beings struck by a massive bolt of lightning, his horns acting as a lightning rod. The massive beast roars in pain and is dropped to the ground again. Tai and Greymon lock eyes as Greymon smiles.}

G: G-game ov-over Nacci....looks like sleeping beauty finally woke up.

{Tai runs towards Greymon, taking his pendant out from under his shirt. A smirk on his face as he grabs his Digivice; a glowing orange light begins emanate from the device.}

Greymon, Digivolve to Ultimate! Take this Nacci, the power of our bond, and the strength of our courage!

G: Right! GREYMON DIGIVOLVE TOOOOOO.....

{Tai holds the pendant in front of the Digivice as the light bursts forth and passes through the pendant, becoming brighter and stronger. The light coats Greymon and he is converted to is binary form as he grows and grows, before the light bursts for a last time. Revealing a mechanized Greymon with heavy android features and tattered wings, including a heavily armored metal layer on its head and a metal arm.}

M: METAL GREYMON! METAL SLASH II!!

{Metal Greymon flies into the air before charging towards Nacci with its metal arm outstretched, and slowly the arm becomes engulfed in flame preparing for the strike to come.}

Nacci

*Nacci is unable to dodge the attack, as her previous one stunned her. As she's send flying, she remembers to summon Hemera, and the Spider catches her.*

Interesting. Hemera. Triple Down.

*3 of Hemera's legs fire at the joint of Metal Greymon's arm, and Nacci also fires regular bullets at it, attempting to weaken it.*

Tai

{All the bullets reach their target of the joints on the shoulder, and due to the previous damage and the super heated metal, the connections snap and the arm falls off. Leading M.Greymon and Tai to stand shocked.}

M...Metal Greymon....? Your....your arm....

M: GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!!

{Tai drops to his knees, despair on his face as Metal Greymon roars and crashes to the ground before glowing orange and reverting to his form as Agumon. Tai tries to stand but fails, so he crawls over to his unconscious partner.}

We...we lost...we lost this bad...?

{Tai lets his goggles slide off his face and hang around his neck as he holds Agumon, the small raptor has tears falling down it's unconscious face.}

I failed you Agumon....this is my fault...I got cocky...

{Tears also begin welling in Tai's eyes.}

Nacci

*She walks up to Tai.*
You did admirably. However I believe you fall short on your own defense and the time you take to reach a higher power.

If you wore some defensive armor, Tai, you would be able to relay commands to your companion and be able to transform more easily since it wouldn't leave you open nor able to be taken down so quickly.
I also believe that if possible you should begin at a higher level. At his base form your friend here cannot do much damage.

Oh I almost forgot. Hemera. Diarahan.

*A soothing green light washes over Agumon.*

Tai

{Agumon's eyes open up.}

A: T-Tai? Did you get the plate number on that bus?

{Tai's tears begin falling as he hugs his partner.}

Of course I didn't! Now don't make me worry like that again.

{He wipes away his tears and stands up.}

Sorry about that...I knew this wasn't a fight to the death...but that was worse than anything we've ever fought. You're really strong Nacci!

{He offers another handshake and Agumon does the same.}

I'll definitely take your advice to heart. I want to do what I can now that I'm in this world, so I need to get stronger.

A: I agree with Tai. We're the good guys in our world, so we need to pay our dues here too!

Nacci

*Nacci shakes both their hands.*

Thank you for the sparring match. I must leave now. If you see Master Kalib, please tell him that Master Em wanted to see him regarding yesterday. Goodbye.

*Nacci heads out the main door for GYM.*

Tai

{The pair smile and wave at Nacci as she leaves.}

A: Tai...I'm hungry...can we get something to eat?

(Tai smiles and laughs.}

Sure thing buddy. Now we just gotta find this Master Kalib guy...maybe he can teach me how to fight?

{Tai's stomach rumbles.}

Hehe...we can worry about that after lunch, c'mon buddy!

A: On it!

{The pair run out of GYM with renewed confidence and hope in a better tomorrow.}
