And in the title of the thread on this page, I don't like the white behind the red on the black background because it contrasts too much. Make the white a gray, it should be dark, but light enough to be seen with the black

The contrast between black and white is bothering my eyes (due to it being somewhat light sensitive), but that's my only issue with it. Other than that, I appreciate the new look.

I'm fine with it, just the red/white contrast on most of the buttons and thread names bother me.

There is an option under settings that disables bubbles.

It just replaces the bubbles with boxes that are also out of place...

It looks at first glance like the layout is broken having all these random color squares.
Upon realizing it's intentional, it looks horrible.

The issue is mostly just the colors and the unnecessary bubbles/squares on the post count, last post, created by, and scroll to bottom.

Do like the effect for names, though it should be black and not... Purple.

Huh, it looks about 25% less terrible on PC.

Mobile makes the greys look purple.

Still, all the unnecessary backgrounds are unnecessary. Just keep the name change, get rid of the rest.

Okay greatly improved. Still seeing some cut off with some avatars but I hear it's easy to fix. The new colors are much better.

It's fine I know this site was made and optimized for P.C so it doesn't matter to me. I can get used to it.

My sensors detect a 90% improvement in site usability.

I can actually see thread titles instead of being drawn to all the secondary information.

I guess I missed the first update, but I like it so far. Not a big fan of the squircle avatars personally though.

@Hibiki there is an option in settings to change the avatar shape.

I actually like the squircle avatars. Though maybe it's just that I can see more of the avatars and tell bad sizes but I feel like avatars are more squished than usual.

Yeah that option was removed when the PM avatars changed to the black and white border I think.
