Little Witch Academia is quite the treat. I haven't started the series myself yet, but the two movies were absolutely wonderful. I recommend that anyone give them both a try.

If you want a funny, heart warming, semi-action oriented, semi-power of friendship oriented show with a goofy protagonist and a dash of romance added in watch it. Just do it. It be worth it. Especially because Netflix didn't release the episodes while the show was airing and a lot of people who were excited for it pirated it so chances are it won't be viewed much on Netflix...

I like how it manages to feel more subdued yet still keep that Kill La Kill/Gurren Lagann level of insanity. Still prefer those two though
