Around the tower, it becomes impossible to fly, and all aircrafts are pushed away before they can even get close. The base of the tower appears to be a school, and the gates leading to it are open, with a large number of men and women in black suits are scattered about the perimeter. Mitsuru stands at the door to the tower, awaiting for those that chose to heed her call.*
