The truth about igor
I've always wondered about who Igor is and way he's always there giving us a persona what are your thoughts
If I remember correctly, he is a servant or something to that effect, of Philemon.

I'll be honest, I haven't played P1 or P2, so I can't really talk about Phil much.
Me ether but there must be a reason he's there causes in 5 he supposedly got switched with a fake so he must be some kind of God or something
I believe it is explained in Persona 2. Igor is a being made by Philemon to assist those he chooses to represent humanity in his various "cosmic bets" with Nyarlothotep. With Philemon taking a much more passive role in the affairs of humanity after the events of Eternal Punishment Igor most likely felt it was his duty to continue his master's legacy and assist those with the power of Persona combat the various forces that threaten humanity, through humanity's natural tendencies. Longing for death, wanting to live in ignorance or a fog, not wanting to decide things and contentment as a slave.
Dame I never played P2 but it awesome to know that but what about the thing that took his place in p5 if Igor is what you said wouldn't he be able to stop something from doing as such
Im if it's possible
Pardon me for not seeing this earlier, I was preoccupied.

The exact extent and nature of Igor's power is never directly explored as far as I know. While he is indeed powerful, a being like Yaldobeth may have the upper hand, or the means to trick him. The events leading up to Igor being replaced are shrouded in mystery, and I don't think Atlus will ever go into detail about it.
Well wouldn't it be awesome if atlas did a persona game based on the oragin of igor
And who's yaldibeth is he/she and character in the persona series
I think I just asked a dumb question
An Igor origin story could be interesting, although it most likely amounts to "Philemon wanted a way to help those he chose without directly interfering himself, so he made Igor and granted him power and domain over the Velvet Room."

Yaldobeth's identity is a spoiler if you haven't completed Persona 5. But since you seem to have already done that... He's the final boss and mastermind behind the events surrounding Persona 5. The SMT wiki can give you a more in-depth explanation.
Wait he's the final boss im still stuck on that asshole so does he have anything to do with the events of the other previous games
