How do I use the Kamehameha Wave?

Hello everyone. For about twenty years I've been trying to learn and master this powerful technique - sadly, to no avail. Once, I felt that I was close to summoning the necessary energy for this blast. I went out of breath and passed out, however. During my stay at the hospital I tried to perfect my martial arts on the diseased folk and various pregnant women. My training was impeded when two clinically obese middle-aged women resisted all my attacks and restrained me in a straitjacket. Luckily, I have fully recovered and have come here to seek advice and guidance. Any help would be appreciated.

The Kamehameha is formed when cupped hands are drawn to the user's side, and the ki is concentrated into a single point between the cupped hands. The hands are then thrust forward, to expel a streaming mass of ki energy. The blast can also be used with just one arm. In most variants, the user utters the word, "Kamehameha" as he/she charges and releases the attack
