Pokémon mystery dungeon games, literally my fantasy, execpt for when you go home at the end

MYSTERY DUNGEON. More specifically, the Explorers games, since they were my first and had my favorite story out of this spinoff series. Also, feels.

I'll start with mine.
Probably would have to be a tie between mystery dungeon explorers of sky and super mystery dungeon. EoS was one of my first games, so I love it for nostalgia reasons, bet even on my replay it's still as good as I remembered.
SMD was amazing. I loved how the game looked, played, and feeler. It was just stunning how great this game was. Only thing is: tone down the difficulty.

I have yet to play SMD, I've played gates to infinity though and that was fun yet challenging

Nah, it's just that Mystery Dungeon is that awesome. And personally, the difficulty is one of the best parts. It's a nice challenge compared to the mainline games and quite a few of the other spinoffs.

Gates to infinity was fun, only thing is I don't like how you just choose who you are. I mean SMD kinda does that, but in a better way.

I mean colleseum was a fun spinoff taking spot two on my spin off list because of how you were limited in what you caught

Now don't get me wrong, I like challenge in my games. But there's a fine line between hard but fair and extremely difficult. And the finally boss of SMD crosses that line too much.

Mystery Dungeon Sky,
because the stories were great.

Especially if it's a game marketed towards kids. Now I need to replay my only mystery dungeon game.

Close second would be any Pokemon rumble game.

SMD. Sadly haven't gotten too far in it due to other outside stuff. But I can say that GtI wasn't that hard. It's easy to grind Reviver Seeds, items can be used even in boss areas, and I managed to beat Kyurem with a Snivy (and Oshawott).

After playing the whole game in one sitting it really felt like I was living there in this world. Then after saving the world you have to leave it, I cried because of that

GtI wasn't too hard for me. I just kinda forgot about the game.

I know... ;~;

This is legitimately one of the most emotional series I've played. And it's Pokémon of all things.

Yeah, the series has some really sad endings.

I wanna mystery dungeon spin off where the Pokémon come to our world.

Oh, and I just want to share how I think it's weird that in EoS, I was a riolu. Didn't really think I fit that role.

Yeah also if your fave is a mystery dungeon game, which Pokemon did you get from the quiz?

It always jumped back and forth between bulbasaur (no) and charmander (yes). Last time I took it I was a charmander

I got Charmander in EoT, Pikachu in BRT, and Chimchar in SMD (which I changed to Cyndaqil)

I got charmander in SMD and changed to Mudkip.

The Shadow Pokemon games. Would probably add Pokken had I spent more time with it.
