I'm just watching it for Haru. Every scene where Haru isn't mentioned or seen is going to be skipped.

Some way to make Yalbadoath feel less.... Tacked-on. Like, I was all for the story until they said "a god did it", but I do like how they changed Igor's voice actor for the sake of it.

What would be interesting some scenes of how the villians became Villians. They mentioned some things in game like Kaneshiros will to be strong to survive and Kamoshidas being a dick after he got a medallion, but like little back story scenes, maybe only to shido would be interesting.

Oh and they definitely add a bathhouse scene, if we go by past animations.
