Viridian City Gym: The mutli type Gym!
*A young man stands at the end of a field looking around at various parts showing various parts covered in grass sand rocks and a pool off to the side before glancing up and spotting the roof is indeed about 80 feet high*

Huh so this place is here now? And it's even got all the remolding I've had done since taking over alright!

*He grins excitedly and looks at the door*

Well then let's see if I get any challengers today!

*Hibki walks in* Hi there, umm is it Pokémon battles only or do you accept battles with people other than trainers?

*He looks over Hibki* Well usually I'd only accept trainers but this place seems pretty low on us honestly... *He raises an eyebrow* You sure you wanna fight Pokemon though?

They can't be worse than demons, besides I have a few tricks up my sleeve, despite being human.
Trainer_Blue
Demons? *He shrugs* Red told me he's been hearing about all that weird stuff so alright pal let's see what you have! First up hmm.

*He reaches down to his belt and runs his hand over the Pokeballs before settling on one* Come out PorygonZ! *He tosses the ball out unleasing an odd looking blue and pink creature* Ready over there?

*Hibki gets ina fighting position as a green aura surrounds him before disappearing* Ready!

Alright start off simple. *He gestures a finger gun at Hibki and the Pokemon leaps into action darting away from Hibki as it fires an energy blast towards it's for*

OOC: Tri attack heavy Almighty, couldn't come up with an element for special type normal moves.

*The green aura helps him dodge once however the other two attacks were unavoidable.* Going big already? Let me do the same! *Hibki throws two dragon shaped bolts at the Pokémon.*

(Severe Almighty x2, one turn needed to recover)

*The Pokemon darts behind a rock to take cover blocking one of the dragons and shattering it before the other smashes into him as Blue looks on in concern* You okay!?

*An electronic cry rings across the field*
Alright then PorygonZ let's see if he likes a really strong attack! *A massive beam of energy forms from the Pokemon in arms before flying across the field at Hibki*

OOC: Sorry for late reply was eating. Also Hyper Beam colossal Almighty damage once*

*Although Hibki needs a turn to recover the green aura appears and sends the hyper beam around him, not dealing any damage*

OOC: If you're wondering I am rolling a d20 for attacks.

OOC: Ahh. I avoid hard numbers like a plague.

*He tosses out a another Pokeball as a red light catched Z* Time for a change of tactics. Go Scizor! *A bipedal insect covered in red metal appears*

OOC: Switching takes a turn so ya know.

Hmm, let's try this. *He begins dancing however three bursts of energy fire at Scizor*

(Medium almighty x3)

Scizor evasive action! *The Pokemon glares at Hibki and darts towards him in a blur taking one of the hits head on as he weaves between the others then attempts to land a heavy punch at Hibki's head*

OOC: Bullet Punch. Normally it just lets you move first rather than dodge but I'm going in line with how the anime does quick attack. Heavy Physical because Scizor has technician.

Ugh, alright then! *A gold stream of energy launches at Scizor sending energy back into Hibki when it connects.*

*Runs up to Hibki*
"Ahhhh, you're a keeper! Won't you please giv my brother the s u c c?"

*The blow slams into Scizor as Blue smirks* Not half bad but now it's time to get serious! *He raises his right hand up and a glow bursts forth from a bracelet* Show him your true power Mega Scizor! *The Pokemon's armor expands adding more metal and it lashes out with it's claws towards Hibki*

OOC X-Scissor Normally heavy Physical but severe when mega evolved.

Ugh, really pulling out all the stops huh? Alright then! *Hibki sends two more severe almighty bolts at the mega evolved Pokémon*

Defend yourself! *The Pokemon seems to chuckle as a shining barrier forms in front of it blocking the bolts*

OOC: Yeah protect, because I can't just spam potions that would be lame.

*Hibki is recovering for the turn*

Alright he's wide open go for it!

*The Pokemon's wings flap as it flies up into the air gaining about 30 feet of height before slamming down from the air with his fists pointed at Hibki's chest*

OOC: This one isn't really a move, but I'm thinking heavy Physical twice sounds right? Trying not to totally marry myself to the games ya know?

*The green aura forces one hit to miss however the second hit was unavailable*

Alright then! *Hibki returns to dancing sending another three medium almighty blasts at the Pokémon.*

*The blasts slam into Scizor knocking him down as Blue sends out a return beam* Heh you did good pal but now take a break. *He tosses another Pokeball out revealing a human esque figure with 4 arms and huge muscles* Alright Machamp Seismic Toss! *The Pokemon runs towards Hibki and attempts to grab him then fling the boy into a wall*

*Hibki gets slammed into the wall* Ouch! *He gets up but faints.*

OOC: Wait Hibki is down? Just checking here.

OOC: Yes he is. He's only one man.

*Hibki wakes up standing up slowly* Good match. Man those guys are tough.
Trainer_Blue
OOC: K... Dammit Blue needs healing of some kind.

*He walks over to the young man and uses a revive on him* Geez I hope this thing works, I mean he's got Pokemon moves or something so maybe items will help? *Machamp shrugs* Thanks for the support pal.

Ugh, I'm good. I got it. *He casts a Diarahan on himself* This won't be the last you see of me. Finally a real challenge.

*He looks over at Hibki a bit worried about the boy* Hey you doing alright over there? I mean that was a great fight but geez you might need a hospital or something.

*His eyes light up*
And how'd you get so strong? I've never seen humans fight like this before it was pretty impressive!

When you have to fend off demons and an angry god for a week you get pretty tough. That and my demon summiong app supplies me with a harmonizer to make sure i don't die to fast, it also supplies me with my skills. However the dragon bolts are my own personal skill.

*He whistles*
A week huh? It's taken me years to train these guys up. *He laughs* Hey maybe I should try and get some of this magic an fight alongside my Pokemon!

*He looks at Machamp who makes a so so gesture at the idea* Take or it or leave it huh pal? *The Pokemon let's out a cry* Heh that's fair.

Anyways I gotta head to the healing station now. *He returns Machamp and walks to a small door in the back of the Gym* I'll see you around... Hey I don't think I got your name yet, I'm Blue Oak by the way!

Yeah definitely, actually if you want maybe you should try your hand at training Pokemon? I mean you don't seem to have those demon things so might be a good replacement. Not really sure there though.

*He grins and waves before walking into the back room for a few minutes and coming out with a healed team*

I'll consider it. I actually do have something kinda close to a Pokémon. *He gets out a figurine of a dragons head* However one in ten times it goes berserk and destroys everything it sees.

..... *He stares in stunned silence for several minutes*
That's uh definitely glad you didn't bring it out, huh yeah sounds interesting but I'd hate to have to pay for repairs.

OOC: Sorry was busy.

*He waves at them*
Hey there welcome to Viridian Gym! So you guys here to challenge me for an earth badge or something?

Braza: Challenge?
Irona: Badge?
Both: Huh?
Trainer_Blue
*He sighs*
Oh I guess you aren't trainers either? Darn I was hoping for a Pokemon battle. *He clears his throat*
Well regardless of that I'm Blue Oak leader of this Gym, I run this place and take on challengers in Pokemon battles to evaluate their skills.

If they beat me they get a badge proving they win. There's 8 leaders like me around Kanto and beating us all let's you take on the league...

*He laughs* That wasn't that short though huh? Cutting to the chase though my job is training Pokemon and battling.

Both: Oh, Pokémon. Yeah, we have those.
Trainer_Blue
.... *He smirks at them* Well then how many and how strong are they? I warn you if I go all out it's probably not going to end well, *He smiles proudly* my Pokemon can tackle the Elite Four after all!

Both: Well, we have 6, but we're not very experienced Pokémon fighter guys yet.
Trainer_Blue
Hmm alright then have these guys evolved at all yet or not? I'm happy to take you on if you two want but definitely not gonna use my main team in that case.
The_Twins
Braza: No. Please go all out
Irona: We want to see how strong Gin can become
Both: We won't hold back either.
Trainer_Blue
*He stares at them* Alright you two but I'm calling it off if those Pokemon seem like they're in danger. *He tosses a ball into the air* Start us off Charizard! *A tall dragon like lizard bursts forth in front of them* Alright then you guys can have the first move. Zard keep your guard up. *The Pokemon eyes them both warily*

Braza: Can we do double battle?
Irona: Two on one doesn't seem fair.
Trainer_Blue
Double eh? I haven't done any in a while but sure! *He tosses another ball and Psyduck joins Charizard* Alright guys you know the drill.
Trainer_Blue
OOC: Golduck actually, I always get them mixed up for some reason.
The_Twins
*The twins nod cheerfully*
Both: Go, guys.
*The twins release and Aggron and a Metagross*
Both: We're first, right?
The_Twins
OOC: Because psyduck is gold and Golduck is psychic.
Trainer_Blue
*He nods at them* Yup, though I gotta say those two are definitely looking pretty tough! Heh this might just be very interesting.
The_Twins
Both: Right then.
Braza: Metagross. Bullet punch the duck
Irona: Aggron. stone edge the flying guy
*Aggron and Metagross attack Charizard and Golduck respectively.*
Trainer_Blue
*He smirks* Just what I figured! Psychic Golduck! *The Pokemon focuses on the stones as a light envelopes them sending the attack off course before the punch slams into him sending the mon flying back*

Now then Charizard show him what we think of that move with Flamethrower! *The lizard roars and sends a blast of flames from it's mouth towards Metagross*

Both: You can do that?
*Both pokemon are hit hard. Metagross staggers back*
Braza: Aggron. Iron tail the duck
Irona: Metagross. Psychic the Dragon
Trainer_Blue
*He laughs* Yup! There's all kinda ways to use moves when you think outside the box. *Golduck leaps back to try and evade but the blow still slams into his arm doing reduced damage*

*Charizard is tossed about by the invisible force for a bit taking heavy damage before flying up into the air and waiting*

Surf Golduck! *A wave of water forms behind Golduck before crashing across the field towards the other two Pokemon and easily missing Charizard*

Both: Outside the box. Oh I know
Irona: Metagross. Up.
Braza: Aggron. Earthquake.
*Metagross floats above the surf. Aggron smashes the ground, creating an earth shield and sending the wave back.*
Both: Something like that?
Trainer_Blue
*He nods at them and claps* Exactly yeah but you forgot... Charizard Fire Blast! *The flying Pokemon smirks and sends a colossal blast of flames from it's mouth towards the floating Metagross as Golduck attempts to get around the earth shield*
The_Twins
*Metagross flies into the wall, fainted.*
Both: Darn. But we still have more
*Braza returns Metagross and sends out Hitmonlee*
Braza: Hi Jump Kick
Irona: Earthquake
*Hitmonlee jumps at Charizard, avoiding the earthquake. The earth shield falls due to the earthquake, burying Aggron and Golduck. Aggron stands up, no worse for where.*
Trainer_Blue
*Golduck is knocked out by the blow* You did good pal but now switch up. *He returns the duck and sends out Machamp* Go Machamp Focus Miss! *The Pokemon rushes at Aggron and delivers a Cross Chop to it*

*The blow slams into Charizard doing less damage from having to leap so high that momentum was lost... But still a fair bit*

Sending a fighting type against Charizard isn't such a great idea. Air Slash *The Pokemon flaps it's wings and a current of razor sharp air rushes at Hitmonlee*

*Aggron is taken out. Hitmonlee slides across the ground*
Both: Next!
*Irona returns Aggron and sends out Hitmonlee*
Braza: Rolling Kick
Irona: Thunder Punch
*Hitmonlee charges lightning in his hand and punches Charizard. Hitmonlee kicks at Machamp*
Trainer_Blue
OOC: hitmonchan you mean? He's the punchy one.

Zard Aerial Ace!

*Charizard takes the hit and shakes himself a bit before leaping back and taking to the skies to dive down and slamming into the foe with his claws*

*Machamp feels the attack slam into his muscles and staggers before grabbing holding hold of his foe's leg and trying to slam him into the ground by pulling it over his head*

Irona: Again. Thunder Punch
Braza: Blaze Kick.
*Hitmonlee ignites his free leg nd kicks Machamp in the face. Hitmonchan (Got it right this time) flips of the ground and punches Charizard to the ground with a lighting powered fist*

*Blue looks utterly focused on the battle as he shouts to both his Pokemon*

Charizard dodge and counter*

*Charizard leaps backwards taking only a graze from the punch as a bit of electricity runs through him before he sends another wave of cutting air towards his foe*

Machamp grab it.

*The superpower Pokemon takes hold of the other burning leg and winces as the flames harm his other two arms before he begins trying to spin Hitmonlee around by both legs then toss him into a wall*

*Both go down.*
Both: W-we're not done!
*The twins return the hitmons and send out a Scizor and Heracross*
Irona: Night slash
Braza: Megahorn
*Scizor rushes Charizard with claws brandished. Heracross rushed Machamp*
Trainer_Blue
*The claws slam into Charizard and he finally goes down* Good work out there buddy but it's time to fall back. *Charizard is replaced by Porygon-Z*

Time for Nasty Plot! *The Pokemon ponders it's skills and seems to grin as it's special attack sharply rises*

*Machamp staggers backwards but barely hangs on before lighting it's right fist up with flames and swinging towards the bug's head*

Irona: Dance!
Braza: Duck and Counter!
*Scizor's attack rises. Heracross barely dodges Machamp before using Megahorn again*
Trainer_Blue
*Machamp goes down* Hmm pretty good gotta say... Guess I'll have to use you now Rhyperior, Fire Fang! *A bulky beast made of rock Appears near Scizor before rushing the Pokemon with flames in it's mouth and trying to bite down*

*Z let's out a digital cry and fires a Tri Attack at Heracross while backing away from it*

Irona: Flip and attack from behind
Braza: Brick Break
*Scizor jumps over Rhyperior and hits it from behind with a bullet punch barrage. Heracross tanks the tri attack and hits Porgon Z on the head.*
Trainer_Blue
Don't let it dodge again!
*Rhy roars in pain as the attacks slam into but still stands and attempts to grab hold of Scizor then drag it up to his mouth and perform another Fire Fang*

Z all or nothing now Hyper Beam!
*The digital Pokemon is sent flying back but staggers up and forms a huge beam of energy in it's hands and blasting it towards it's foe*

Irona: Don't let it bite you
Braza: Dodge and counter.
* Scizor is grabbed but starts hitting Rypherior in the face with an X-Scissor. Heracross flies over Hyper Beam before hitting Porygon Z with another Brick Break.*
Trainer_Blue
*Rhy laughs as the attack crashes against his Rocky armor* Rock may not resist bug but his defenses and toughness are both sky high. *The Pokemon continues dragging Scizor up attempting to pin it's arms down this time*

*Z falls down and is pulled back* So it comes down to this then? Alright old pal let's go!

*He tosses out his last Pokeball and a Scizor of his own rushes out* No toying around Mega Scizor! *A light forms on his bracelet and the Pokemon's form changes into a heavier more armored one*

Now then time for Aerial Ace! *The Pokemon launches up then darts at Heracross with it's claws*

Both: Ok that's awesome. Anyway, dodge and help Scizor
*Heracross drops his wings, making Mega Scizor fly right over Heracross before Heracross uses Close Combat on Rhypherior.*
Trainer_Blue
*Rhypherior quickly slams it's jaws into Scizor before Heracross smashes into it and the Pokemon falls down* Good job Rhypherior. *Blue sends out a return beam as Mega Scizor rushes Heracross and tries to slash into it with X-Scissor* So I guess we're down to the wire now huh!? *Blue smirks* But I'm not about to just go out yet.

*Scizor collapses. Irona returns it*
Both: Let's go! Night Slash!
*Heracross flies at Mega Scizor, it's horn surrounded by darkness. It takes the X-Scissor as it damages the Scizor*
Trainer_Blue
*Scizor stumbles back but holds strong* We've definitely got the edge here, but that's no reason to get foolhardy. Scizor Iron Defense! *The Pokemon steels itself raising it's defense sharply as it stares at Heracross*

Both: Still good?
*Heracross looks hurt but nods*
Both: Nice! Full force! Close Combat!
*Heracross Rushes Mega Scizor with a barrage of punches*
Trainer_Blue
*Blue smirks as the Pokemon takes the hits head on then lashes out with a heavy blow that returns the damage delt twofold if it lands* Counter.
The_Twins
*Heracross flies at the wall, fainted*
Irona: No!
Braza: Heracross! Sorry...
*Braza returns Heracross. The twins look sad.*

*Blue smiles at them and returns Scizor to his Pokeball* Heh you guys seem disappointed, but don't be that was an amazing match!

*He claps* I usually don't get to go all out in Gym battles and most people I do get beat pretty soundly.

Even most actual Champions have a hell of a time with those guys so doing that well tells me you two have some serious talent at this, That one was just one good shot away from you two winning...

*His face turns to a grin* And for that I can honestly say this is the best Gym battle I've had in years!

Yeah I haven't had a match like this in a while! Huh, I wonder how you two would fare against Red?

Braza: Gin is better than us
Irona: He's been training really hard for an upcoming tournament.
Both: Wait, who's Red?
Trainer_Blue
*He laughs* Red's my rival, and he's the actual Champion of Kanto, as much as I hate to admit it Red's probably the best trainer I know... Even counting myself. *He laughs* Oh well that just means I have to get even better than he is!

Irona: I wonder if we should enter the tournament
Both: Nah. They probably won't accept double battle style.

Depends on what you're looking for Hibki, you want to start off with something simple or just go for the big challenges? I'd normally insist on starting small but I've got faith you could deal with any issues after our battle.

*He looks at the twins*
And where is this tournament anyway? I might just be interested in taking part actually.

Both: Nothing scheduled yet. Everyone is still getting a team together. We think it's to decide who is the gym leaders, elites and champion of the Nexus or something.

Hmm sounds interesting. There's technically nothing against being in two leagues so I could take part if that's the case... I'll definitely keep it in mind.

*He nods at Hibki*
Yeah that was my thought too, though be careful anyways lots of Pokemon travel in groups, as for good places to look well there is always around My Silver place is crawling with tough Pokemon.

hmm the Safari Zone here in Kanto has some tough fighters too Dratini are tough to raise but once your done they'll be pretty amazing.

*He snaps his fingers and pulls out his Pokedex* Actually do you think it'd be possible to transfer data between these and your phone? I've got tons of notes and locations on this thing so that'd probably be easier then telling you.

*He looks at the phone for a connection he could plug into and sighs* Nope, not compatible... No shock though since they're from different universes or something.

Well then guess I better just give you an idea. *He proceeds to describe the local wildlife of Kanto Johto and the nearby Isles*

That'll do you for now but it's not exactly hard data, and I haven't been out on the roads for a few years take it with a grain of salt.

OOC: Even I'm not doing that much explaining for real. Just assume Hibki has a decent idea of what's around now.

Well, for starters, Reshiram can produce intense flames, and also has multiple draconic attacks. Of course, he also can attack basically using his claws, as any Pokemon with similar features can.
It also has telepathy, although he never needs to use it with me.

*N looks to Reshiram, and the Pokemon looks back, staring at N. N then turns back to Dante.*

Reshiram said he'd love to have a sparring match. I hope you two enjoy yourselves.

*N walks a bit away from the two, standing to be the referee for the match.
Reshiram backs a bit away from Dante, then looks at him.*

"I hope you're prepared, human. My power is nothing to be triffled with."

*Reshiram's tail begins to glow red with flames, and he suddenly bursts forward towards Dante, striking at him with his left claws.*

*Reshiram looks at Dante, with no clear expression on his face.*

"This is the truth of my power, human. Now, shoe me yours!"

*Reshiram builds up flames in it's mouth, before releasing a sea of blue fire towards Dante.*

Dante: *Dashes forward with his sword* Gale Slash! *he follows up with two slashes in an X* Worldly Slash!

*Reshiram dodges the Gale Slash, but is caught in the strikes from Worldly Slash.*

"Impressive, for a human."

*Reshiram's tail glows brighter, and he flies up into the air, before facing Dante once more. He then lets out a large blast of sound that permiates through the area, blowing most light things over and pushing heavier objects.*

*Dante stabs his sword into the ground, but eventually is blown away*

*Reshiram descends back to the ground, and looks over to Dante.*

"I see now why you chose to spar with me, human. You may turn out to be a worth opponent after all, in time."

*Reshiram braces himself for the next attack.*

*Reshiram's guard is broken, however he quickly retaliates with a large blast of all consuming flame that forms into a 大.*

*Reshiram stares down Dante.*

*Reshiram roars, before readying itself for the next attack.*

*Dante approaches, slower than before, he may be planning something*

*Reshiram stands tall, still staring down Dante and waiting for his next move.*

*Dante hold his sword diagonally, covering half of his face*

Burn....Heat Haze... *a swirling vortex of smoke shrouds the area, making it impossible to see dante*

"Clever trick. But I'm not so easily fooled.*

*A blast of psychic energy begins to head towards Dante.
N smiles.*

While it may not be his most powerful attack, Extrasensory is a great utility move for situations like this, where it's tough to find your opponent.

Dante slashes, dealing a critical hit!

*Reshiram unfazed by the attack, yet unable to shrug it off, and ends up being pushed back a bit.*

"Good, you're trying much harder now! How about this!"

*Reshiram creates a large ball of fire above itself, before crashing it into the ground towards Dante, spreading fire across the area.*

"If you're going to begin taking this more seriously, so will I!"

*Reshiram immediately rushes towards Dante once again, but this time goes for a bite, attempting to grab him in his mouth.*

*Jumps and performs a spin slash*

Dante: Soaring Tempest!

*Reshiram catches himself with one arm/wing, then uses the other to block the slash. He then goes for another bite, pushing off with the arm he caught himself with to quickly reach Dante.*

Dante: Rgh..

*Reshiram looks at Dante, stuck in his jaws.*

"Please speak up if you believe we are done. I do not wish to injure you."
SatoNishima
Dante: I'm fine, thank you. Let us continue!

*he knees Reshiram in the jaw, making him drop Dante*

*Reshiram backs away from him as he's made to drop Dante. He then builds up energy in his mouth, before releasing it as a large purple laser fired towards Dante.*

*handsprings out of the way*

*Reshiram turns his head to follow Dante, keeping yhe beam on his tail and approaching.*

*Reshiram stops firing for a second, turns his head to infront of where Dante is running, and begins firing the laser again.*

Dante: Damn... *runs away from the laser and towards Reshiram*

*As Dante approaches, Reshiram stops firing the laser and looks to him. His right claw is then covered in the same energy as the laser, and he slashes at the approaching Dante.*

*dante attempts to block and manages to defend most of the attack, but still gets hit*

*Reshiram follows up with a normal slash with his left claws.*
