My reactions to Persona 2
Because I feel like it, I'm going to play through Persona 2 and post my reactions to various things, assuming I remember this post exists.

So far:

I'll be updating this thread as I go through the game. I'll also be taking The Fresh Princes advice and am using a spoiler free walkthrough and hoping it helps with something.

First you need to gather cards and form a contract with a demon, when you have enough cards of the demons arcana go to Igor and make that demon

Well, I'm done for today, thanks to the magic of save states that lets me save half way this mini dungeon. I'm liking the game thus far. Still haven't figured out if I like this or the modern Persona game style better.

Walked into a police station and met Tatsuya's brother. He looks like he's from the 80s, but the other Persona games reference him a lot, so he must be cool.

Miniboss 3 completed. I beat up an old, homeless lady living in a hollowed out dresser in an abandoned factory. Hope your happy kid.

You can bribe an intern 10,000 yen and can sneak into a concert hall. That is apparently mostly outdoors. What a rip off.

Of course the game with greek/roman themed persona's for the main characters would have a band called "muses" in it.

And they're gone. That was probably the toughest boss yet, which was not what I was expecting from the toilet King and a cosplay Queen. Good job, Ixquic. You're all right in my book.

Called it. I mean, she also had no face, which I thought was just a graphical glitch. It was a very nice twist though. You probably wouldn't have noticed anything was wrong if you didn't talk to her during the secret room scenes or notice the cut in was different like I did. GJ game. Anyway, boss time. VS the OG shadow.
