7 Wonder's of Tokyo Metropolis: Water's Wonder
It was just a rumor, one that seemed mostly baseless. There was an old waterway wrapping through the city, one that's been around since the Edo period. Nowadays of course, it's left mostly unused especially with how overgrown some of the area of it have become.
However, as the rumor goes it's lack of use isn't due to overgrowth but rather because of a curse that was placed on the waterway. Apparently, many people beleived the waterway itself was a portal to the spirit world as they'd often see shadows in the less populated areas swimming through the water.
Despite whether such a thing was true or not, a cloaked figure with prominent black horns would be sitting at the edge of the waterway in a less populated area. They'd be staring at the water's surface, a metal mask only showing pale white eyes.
