The Bandits
<i>Within a large, neighborhood section of the city there has been reports of &quot;Bandits&quot;, where they do all sorts of mischievous acts from stealing stuff from stores, to causing property damage by chucking rocks at windows of homes and cars, and they even started to put graffiti on walls on the sides of buildings that had a crude drawing of one of the political leaders of Japan and on top of the crude drawings it said &quot;smelly&quot;. The police can't do anything about the Bandits is because they move so &quot;quickly&quot; that they can't get a good visual of who they exactly are, so they can't confirm who it is really behind these mischievous acts. Plus, they don't have the time and men to deal with this, so they put out a reward of 100000 Yen of whoever finds the Bandits and bring them to the police so that they can be paid for the reward.</i> OOC: Just to sum it up, you are trying to look for the Bandits so that you can get that reward. Other than that, there are no strict rules to this so, have fun.

<i>A small little kid carrying a long spear that was clearly 3 feet taller then her, stumbles into the cafe. The sun shined off her tiger pin that is on her left side of her head. She looks at Ewan, a bit confused since this was her first time being in a &quot;cafe&quot;. She looked all around her, seeing all of the modern stuff that she hasn't seen before. She was astonished by the lightbulbs, the nice, cleaned counter tops, the alcoholic drinks she see's, but doesn't know what they are since she can't read &quot;complex&quot; words. She approached Ewan.</i> Hello! Rin Rin wants some honey water? Have some honey water here? <i>She see's Sylveon. She looked a little puzzled since she saw Ewan was talking to Sylveon.</i> Why are you talking to a lamb? Are you going to serve it? <i>She looks at Sylveon, her eyes growing big and shiny, opening her mouth, making a smile, with saliva coming down the mouth.</i>

OOC: Okay. Not sure where I read Cafe from. <i>She closed her mouth, returned to &quot;normal&quot;, and looks at Ewan. She gave him an answer with a sarcastic remark.</i> Well I don't know. Maybe I was passing by here and what I thought smelled like honey water and saw that the front door was open. So, here I am. <i>She lays down her spear next to her.</i> So, can you give Rin Rin some honey water, please? <i>Her emotion changed from calm to terrified when the Sylveon talked to her. She quickly grabbed her spear and pointed it at Sylveon.</i> I-i-it talks! Rin Rin knows lamb can't talk! Are you a demon?

She see's Ohya and she can smell the &quot;honey water&quot; off of her. She started to make some happy noises and started to laugh at the sight of seeing her.</i> Sylveon! I'm glad to see you. <i>She gives Sylveon and warmful hug and placed the Black Viper on the counter. She see's Blanc with a confused expression.</i> Hai? <i>She whispers at Syleon.</i> Who is the the wierd lady with the book?

I lead the Rin Rin bandits, raiding all the towns and stealing whenever possible! <i>After saying she was the leader of the Rin Rin bandits, she couldn't keep a straight face and so, she started to laugh at her own introduction. She stopped laughing and looked at Blanc.</i> So, you are from Lowee? Where is that from? <i>She looks at Sylveon</i> Don't worry, as long as I have the Black Viper, I can take on anyone. Also, what do you mean by &quot;romantic&quot; type? Is that another name for being friendly?
