The Bandits
Within a large, neighborhood section of the city there has been reports of "Bandits", where they do all sorts of mischievous acts from stealing stuff from stores, to causing property damage by chucking rocks at windows of homes and cars, and they even started to put graffiti on walls on the sides of buildings that had a crude drawing of one of the political leaders of Japan and on top of the crude drawings it said "smelly". The police can't do anything about the Bandits is because they move so "quickly" that they can't get a good visual of who they exactly are, so they can't confirm who it is really behind these mischievous acts. Plus, they don't have the time and men to deal with this, so they put out a reward of 100000 Yen of whoever finds the Bandits and bring them to the police so that they can be paid for the reward.
OOC: Just to sum it up, you are trying to look for the Bandits so that you can get that reward. Other than that, there are no strict rules to this so, have fun.
Katsuya would be looking for the bandits starting by inspecting the "Graffiti" art and knowing enough to find out who did this and confront them
A small, red haired kid that has a giant spear with her, was accompanied by two other kids. They all had rocks with them and so, they slowly walked up to a car and in the top of her lungs, Chohi ordered the two kids to start throwing rocks at a nearby car. This was happening nearby Katsuya where he was investigating the graffiti.
So, some asshats are causing trouble. Rosie has her own problems to deal with, but she decides to take a shot at catching the crooks. However, she could care less about the money; if any of those idiots have any information about the Akechi who killed her client, she’d be more than glad to “interrogate†them before releasing them to law enforcement. But first…
“I should assemble a crew to help me out,†she says to herself. “A couple of fellow Persona-users to question their Shadows, some skilled normies to prepare the trap in the real world, and the rest will be left up to me.â€
She saw the two kids pelting the car for about two minutes until she ordered them to stop.
Yeah! Rinrin Bandits strike again. Okay, both of you, lets go to the store in the corner and see what kind of goodies they have for us.
Chohi and the two other kids went to the nearby convenient store where they sneakily went inside and started to steal random stuff from sodas, chips, fruits, and basically almost about anything you find in a convenient store.
After finishing the examination of the graffiti hearing the noise and Katsuya adjusts his shades and reach for his Colt handgun and not pull it out yet and goes to the scource of the noise
*Having heard of a group of bandits terrorising the local area, Kai decided to see what he could do to deal with them. The reward didn't hurt either. Putting his toothpick in his mouth, which immediately sets alight, he starts looking around the area.*
Kids these days. Discipline is in short supply around here, it seems. Heh. Can't let that stand. Wonder their hidin'?
When Chohi and the two other kids were done stealing the store, they sneaked out of the store without being caught by the store owner. They were about to walk out to the street and celebrate until her and the other kids saw Katsuya reaching for his Colt handgun.
Oh no. Everyone, hide!
The two kids heard what she said and so, the two of them hid below a car while Chohi went inside a nearby dumpster so that they cannot be seen by Katsuya.
"Your under arrest for vandali-Wait a minute...your kids?"
Just as they thought that they were successfully hidden, Katsuya spotted them.
Oh no. Everyone, run. Run as far away from them as possible. I got these old and smelly adults.
Chohi jumps out of the dumpster with her spear on her right hand, the Black Viper, and then points the spear at Katsuya. She see's Kai walking nearby her and so, she pointed the spear at Kai.
Eh?
*Kai looks at the kid pointing a spear at him, with a raised eyebrow.*
That's a sharp stick, kid. Could poke your eye with that, if you ain't careful.
*In a pillar of fire, Kai summons his own Halberd, resting it on his shoulders with a smirk.*
But mine's still better than yours. Might wanna stand down. Just a thought.
*Hat Kid heard of this bounty but did not really think about it but since she needed the yen to buy anything here she chose to go find where these "bandits" are*
*Hat Kid was walking by, hoping to find these bandits*
Just as she thought she could intimidate Kai, she see's Kai bring out the Halberd. Her face has so much curiosity and and interest when she saw the Halberd that she almost forgot the danger that was in front of her
No. I will not stand down. You are just a mean, old, stupid, and smelly adult that doesn't know when to let kids have fun!
The next thing that happened, she ran back into the alley that had the dumpster that she was hiding from and climbed the fire escape on the left side of the alley, trying to escape from everyone that was trying to find her..
*Hat Kid would see Chohi and wounders why shes running away from the man (Kai). Hat Kid's hat would change into the Sprint Hat as she runs to the alleyway and jumps to one of the walls and climbs it before jumping to the other wall and climbing it for a moment before jumping back to the other wall (wall running) before jumping and diving infrount of Chohi (once she was on the fire escape platform) and doing a mid airflip so that she can land on her feet*
But ya will run though.
* Kai laughed before trying to follow.*
Huh. Little acrobatics won't stop me, I'm afraid.
*Kai places the edge of his Halberd on the fire escape ladder, before using it to pull himself up.*

When she got on the platform of the fire escape, she feels the platform rumble below the soles of her shoeless feet and see's the Hat Kid in front of her.
Hmph. Trying to show off? Well, it really wasn't impressive. Anyway, get out or you are going to have your butt kicked.
Her eyes had ferocity in them and then she got into her battle stance. She pointed the Black Viper at Hat Kid, waiting for her to attack her. She was closely looking at Hat Kid.
Rosie was on the roof watching the standoff play out when Chohi fled. Luckily, she was not too far away, so Rosie gave chase, summoning her Persona in the process to cast Ziodyne to block her escape.
“Hold it right there, kid,†she calls out, drawing her Dapple Dualies. “Before you get yourself killed resisting arrest, I just wanna sit down and talk to you.â€
Nyahaha... So, ruffians in my city~
A certain catgirl made her move. She parkoured the various buildings like she were a character in Razors Edge. She had been monitoring the bandits for some time; but now looked like the best time to act. The dark, catlike figure dropped down into the alley, two guns in each hand and posed in a dramatic fashion. She wore some kind of school uniform, and appeared to be only a little older than Chohi.
Stop right there! The most cute, purrfectly talented gunslinger in the Nexus, Noe-chan is here~!
She aimed one of her guns at the group.
And you, foul bandits who wreek havoc on the innocent, are--
It was then that Noe got a good look at who the leader of this group was, and finished her sentence...
...SO CUTE!!!
Wagging her tail, the once seemingly badass cat girl was now lovestruck, swaying back and forth with hearts in her eyes...
Perfect, Noe’s joined the party, and she’s already distracted.
“Snap out of it Noe,†scolds Rosie. “We gotta make sure she doesn’t run away again.â€
Assuming Chohi got stopped by the Ziodyne, Rosie would approach her and restrain her with some zip-ties.
“Katsuya’ll ask you the proper questions later,†says Rosie, gesturing for Chohi to take a seat. “But I got some questions of my own.â€
*Hat Kid would look at Noe and sighs before looking at Rosie, Kai and Chohi... then relized that she was the only kid who was going after the bounty here then she sat down and started thinking about what she should do*
Just as she was about to wait for the Hat Kid to make a move, she see's Kai trying to climb up the fire escape with his fire weapon.
Wow. Adults usually don't stop me when I escape like this but you are really a try hard.
She jumped off the fire escape platform and landed on the alleyway. She was about to escape when she see's Rosie summon her Persona. For a moment, she was scared by her Persona, thinking it was another monster she saw back in her home country.
Ww-wwhat are you doing with that thing? I-I won't talk unless you get rid of that demon you have behind you.
Using her spear to point at the Persona that was behind Rosie. She was calmed down a little when she heard Noe's voice. At first, she was relived to her a pleasant voice. But then, she noticed the hearts in her eyes and saw Noe's tail.
Oh no. Are you cursed lady? I think I know someone who can help you with that. And, did you call me cute?
Chohi started to blush at Noe's compliment.
*Kai hops down behind Chohl.*
God, you're an annoyin brat. Still, pincer attacks are always so effective, don't ya think? So, you gonna stand down now?

Noe giggles before putting away her guns.
So what are ya doing? What did you steal? Can I have some? I really like treasure!
It's only just now that she realizes that she was called "cursed".
Nya? Cursed? I'm not cursed, I'm pretty sure I'd know if I was! Probably!
She seems perplexed, now wondering if she really was cursed...
*Hat Kid sighs before jumping to the wall and using it to slide down before landing on the ground, Hat Kid would look chohi soon walking to her and booping her nose*

Seeing how frightened Chohi got at seeing Natalia, who could pass for a normal human, Rosie recalls her Persona.
"Don't mind Noe," says Rosie. She would give Chohi a lollipop if her hands hadn't already been bound. "And I'm surprised you got scared over my other self. In my book, Natalia's the most human-looking Persona in the Nexus."
OOC: Natalia is literally Black Widow wearing Lucina's butterfly mask. Sorry if I didn't specify her appearance.
Katsuya aims his colt at Rosie seeing her having illegal possession of firearms and goes up to her switching the safety off
"Your under arrest for illegal possession of firearms!"
Chohi looks at Noe, seeing that she was the only person that was interested in what she stole. Normally, no one would ask her what she stole except her bandits that follow her. She open up her bag and showed her some food, fruits, some juices, and almost about anything you see at a convenient store.
Well, I wouldn't say it's treasure but me and my other bandits would come to stores and steal food so that they we are fed regularly.
Cohi drops the bag and shows Noe the stuff in it. She then turns to Kai and has that same ferocity in her eyes.
Well, what are you waiting for chicken? Fight me then!
Chohi then looks at Rosie and was confused about the words "Persona" and "Nexus"
A Persona and Nexus? Are those a type of food that I never heard of before? If so, I want some!
Chohi was startled by the "boop" she got from Hat Kid. She didn't expected it and so, she walked back a little.
*Kai looks over at Katsuya.*
Oh hey, the cop caught up. Nice sunglasses.
*Kai presses his own red tinted sunglasses against his face before pointing his Halberd at Chohl.*

Chohi saw that the Hat Kid was no threat to her. She walked up to the Hat Kid, holstering her spear behind her back.
I'm fine. At least you didn't try to cut off my nose, haha.
Chohi then saw Katsuya again.
You again? What do you want old man?
Chohi giving her the mean look towards Katsuya

Noe leans down and looks at all the stolen items. No treasure, just a bunch of food... Wait, food!?
Noe picks a box of pocky out of the bunch and opens it, devouring it like she hasn't eaten in days.
Mmm! I love pocky! Fish flavor is the best, nya~!
Noe swallowed and looked down at the food, and back to Chohi.
Hmm... Well, people need to eat and not everyone has money... It's not like anyone got hurt, so... I say don't worry about it~! My parents have done worse than this and they're really cool! Authority isn't always right.
Noe nods happily, as if repeating something she heard before and remembering it. Looking at Kai, Noe pouted and jumped up and down cartoonishly.
Ooiii! Leave Rin Rin-chan alone you big bully! I'll kick your ass, nya!
"Hey Katsuya," says Rosie. "You can focus on me later. She's the one you came for. I'm just here to sort some things out."
Rosie turns back to Chohi as she sheathes her Dualies and cuts away the zip-tie around her hands.
"The Nexus is where you are now, but it's anyone's guess as to how and why it looks like Tokyo," says Rosie. "And a Persona is a manifestation of a person's suppressed self. Katsuya and Noe are also Persona-users, so they can explain the concept to you; I can't really speak for the others."
Rosie finally offers a lollipop to Chohi.
"So lemme guess," she continues. "You and your crew lost your families for one reason or another and now you're roaming the streets, trying to get by despite getting the short end of the stick. And since you don't have anyone to guide your morals, you're causing havoc but don't realize you're pissing others off. Am I right?"
*Hat Kid sighs before smiling and rising her hand for a hand shake, so that they could be friends*

Chohi hears what Noe said about her family and how she explained to her that authority isn't always the right thing to do. Chohi was thinking to herself about how she was in a similar situation like this with her old friends. She shrugged it off and saw Noe eat the pocky.

She stopped talking when she saw Noe jumped on front of Kai, as if she was trying to defend herself. Chohi thought that animals liked her, but is this a bit much for her? Either way, she was glad that she found some people here. She looks at Rosie and takes the lollipop.
Also, how do you know my name "Rin Rin" cat lady?
Saying this question at Noe. She looks at Rosie.
Oh, thank you? Anyway, what's Tokyo? Also, a person's suppressed self? These big words are too much for me. Also, the kids have their families. I found them one day and told them we can play "bandit". It was fun. Me, well, I don't have a family. I use to have one but now they are gone. I live by myself now. So, yeah, no one here can guide my morals. We aren't hurting anyone here.
She said this while sucking on her lollipop.
She see's Hat Kid reach out their hand. Instead of doing a handshake, she bowed to Hat Kid, as a way of showing respect.
Cat, if ya wanna protect this... wait, what was the term again?
*Kai points his Halberd at the ground and rests against it, thinking.*
Bandit, I think it was? Eh, don't matter. The kid here is bein' a nuisance and I'm broke, so I'm here for to earn some pocket money by bringin' the kid in. Head of a snake and all that. But if you're in my way, know I'm not one to give any mercy to people who are against me. So, as I've been sayin', kindly stand down. But if ya wanna fight, I'll give ya the first attack.
Niko is just there, laying on a bench, throwing the gem he got up and down.
"Well, this is exciting."
*Hat KId looks at Chohi in surprised as she was not expediting for Chohi bowed to her*
Chohi saw what Kai was saying to Noe. She brought out her Black Viper and pointed it at Kai.
Why are you being an asshole towards her? If you really want me, then come get me!
She started to charge at Kai and then from there, she jumped in the air and dropped a powerful slash attack on Kai.
"I see," says Rosie. "Maybe it was fun for a while. But I have heard stories of youngsters who convince their friends to become criminals for shits and giggles, but end up taking things too far and hurt loved ones in the process. I just don't want you going down that same path."
She gestures for Kai to put his Halberd away.
Noe seems to realize she slipped up. She nervously looks back to Noe and scratches the back of her own head.
Well...! Nyahaha... You look like a Rin Rin, I thought! It suits you!
Noe seemed to be hiding something. She gave Kai an annoyed look.
So what, you're gonna turn her into the police? That's not right! If you have to make money, do it some way else! Aren't there worse criminals? Treasure to be found? Some bullies that pick on people? There's lots of other ways, nya!
Mama said, always question authority and do what you think is right, so that's what I'm doing. No touching my friend!
Noe stood between Chohi and Kai, looking defiant in spite of her small size... until Chohi rushes in to attack, anyway.
Oh, are we gonna beat him up!? I'll back you up!
Noe pulled out an assault rifle from out of seemingly nowhere and aimed it at Kai.
The kid's been leading a gang to terrorise the neighbourhood, I do believe. What criminals are there than those who are trying to harm the innocent, hmm?
*Kai kicks the end of his Halberd before slashing upwards, aiming to hit the pole of the spear, trying to simply cut it in half rather than drawing out a potentially long battle.*
Know that she started the battle, thus anything I do now is in self-defence. Thanks for bein' my witnesses if this ends up in court.
As she was about to slash in front of him, Kai cut her spear in half.
Damn it. You coward! Fight me like a real man!
Chohi looks behind and saw Noe brought out a assault rifle.
Wow! Cool weapon cat lady. If you want to help me kick his ass, then be my guest! Anyway, I don't believe what he is saying. What the heck is "self-defence"? Is that another way of saying you can't fight me?
She picks up the other end of the spear that had the blade and throws the blade at Kai's leg.
*Hat Kid stayed near Chohi, mostly to protect her from any incoming attacks. Hat Kid would soon take out her Umbrella and Hat Kid's hat would change into the Time Stop Hat, and some Badges appear on her hat (Projectile Badge, Fast Hatter Badge, and Scooter Badge)*

Star runs onto the scene, looking tired.
Hah...hah...that's the last time i run to the action...hah...so, i heard food was being stolen, and seeing as how most people have some sort of internal radar for action, i found this place. So...just let me catch my breath for a bit...
Star summons a chair and sits down, trying to catch her breath.
She's just taking food to survive you big dumby! I'm gonna burn that big stupid hedgehog off your head!
Noe giggled, blushing as Chohi complimented her weapon.
Thanks! I can aim really well! And, he's trying to get you in trouble I think, nya! All I know is that court looks really really boring!
Noe aimed her rifle, looking down the barrel with her sharp cat eyes. She aimed not at Kai specifically, but at the handle of his weapon as she fired a round, trying to knock it out of his grip.
*The blade impales Kai's leg. Angrily, he pulls it out and throws it up onto the fire escape.*
It's called combat pragmatism. My little group just so happens to be a master of the art. If ya can't fight back, ya can be dealt with a hell of a lot easier. Now, seein' as that ya don't have a weapon no more, how's about ya stand now?
*Looking at the number of people looking to defend Chohl, Kai cracks his neck before taking the toothpick out of his mouth and taking his sunglasses off, putting them both in his coat pocket. He rests his axe over one of his shoulders with a smirk*
Looks like I'm outnumbered. Heh. As it should be.
Rosie summons Natalia to cast Swift Strike on the two. If the attack connects, they'd be knocked back.
"That's enough, dammit!" she shouts. "The kid's a victim of circumstance. She's got no one to guide her, and you're the one making her into the guilty one."
She turns to Noe.
"Your heart may be in the right place for defending her," she continues. "But you've got ZERO REASON to escalate the situation any further."
She cuts away the zip-tie around Chohi's ankles and offers her hand.
"I think it's time you owned up to your mistakes," she says. "Katsuya will help lead you down the right path. But if find yourself in doubt, I'm free to talk."
If Chohi takes her hand, Rosie would turn back to Katsuya.
"She's all yours," calls Rosie. "You can question me later. And tell your superiors I don't want the reward money."
Niko watches, throwing the gem up and down.
"And of course she's here."
Star gets up off her chair and pulls a metal plant hanger out of nowhere.
...not a sword, but close enough. Now surrender evil people, and maybe i can help you if you have a good reason, which looking at all the food in that bag, i assume you do!
*Hat Kid would look at the Star and waves to her, soon putting her Umbrella away as her stomach started growling*
Chohi see's that Kai looks like he gave up. She watched him smirking at her. She was so angry that her tiger hair pin that is on her head made an angry expression. She looks around and see's Noe and the Hat Kid trying to defend her. She never been with this many people since she "moved" here. She looks at Noe and the Hat Kid defending her.
You guys don't have to do this you know? I'm sorry for causing this trouble, it was stupid of me starting fights without thinking. But no, I'm not going with Katsuya! He looks like he won't give a rat ass abut anyone he loves. It's for the best for me to live by myself.
Chohi was refusing Rosie's orders. She then saw a very weird lady with a metal plant hanger.
Who are you? And yes, I'm stealing this food for me and others. It looks like you need some.
She went into her bag and gave Star some soda.
Noe looks up at Rosie, looking annoyed and bored.
Booo~ you're not my mama! You're just some old lady! Haaaag!
Noe pouted as she made her rude comments, clearly disliking being scolded.
With the appearance of Star, Noe looked at her weapon with wide eyes... Before suddenly breaking out laughing.
Nyahahahaha! What in the world is that!? It's like a TV prop! Nyahaha!
She smiled as she saw Chohi give the soda to Star.
It's no problem, nya~! I was originally gonna kick your ass because I thought you were some bad guy, but... I don't think you're a bad person, nya. Atleast that's what I think. I'm a good judge of character!
Noe stood up straight as if proud of herself before getting her face closer to Chohi's, whispering.
Oh, and... if you do this again, don't get caught, nya~ you gotta be sneaky, like a cat.
She winked.
*Kai smirks and looks at Rosie.*
Ain't too popular, are ya Miss Peacekeeper? Still, looks like the kid has a new pet.
Star waves back at Hat Kid before taking the soda and drinking it in record time.
Ahh...thanks for that. But no seriously, maybe we could work out some kind of deal. I've just started work on a special food cart, and i need someone to man it. The pay is pretty damn good and the food is alway prepared beforehand. I'll also let you bring some of the food home or wherever you take it. Soooo...deal?
Star holds her hand out to Chohi for her to shake if she wants.
After Chohi gave the soda to Star, she looks back at Noe and started to laugh.
Hahahaha, well, I knew someone was going to come after me. That is why I brought my spear until it got broken. Anyway, you can some more food in my bag if you want to. The other kids ran off with the rest of the food so we didn't lose anything. Don't worry, I'll make sure that I don't get caught.
Chohi hears what Star asked of her. Food cart? Her mind was filled with food, food, food, food, sleep, and more food.
Hehe~ Well, that's nice and everything but I would eat all of the food there anyway. Trust me, you don't want me near food, especially a food cart.
She looks at Kai and heard her calling Noe a pet.
A pet? Jeez, I knew adults were stupid, but not this stupid. Don't you see that she can walk, talk, and eat like a normal human?
I knew kids were dense, but not this dense. You too young to get sarcasm or are ya just a moron?
*Kai lowers his halberd to face the ground and leans against it.*
Either way, I pity your parents for havin' to put up with ya.
*Hat Kid was still near Chohi... since she does not know what else to do*
OOC: Sorry I was gone, went to get take-out. Prolly be away for about 20 more minutes.
Noe nodded in affirmation to Chohi.
Rin Rin is right! Just because I'm half cat doesn't mean I'm someone's pet! It's not like I haven't heard that before though...
She looks sad for a moment, recalling some memories before quickly cheering up.
He looks like he has a big red hedgehog on his head anyway! Adults just don't get us, nya.
Noe looks at the girl with the hat from earlier, looking at it like if it were something amazing.
I like your hat! What's your name? We've been here for awhile and I never asked, nyahaha.
That's why i said it's special! I've been working on how to clone food. It's a lot harder than it sounds. So, you could have infinite food all in that one food cart! And no, this won't bring the food apocalypse. So, what do you say?
Star keeps her hand out.
Chohi heard Kai's response. Normally, she gets these kind of remarks from people before and she would just ignore it but this time, it was different. So much rage was building inside of her. Her face started to turn red and there was fire in her eyes. So, using her emotional strength, she rips out a 10 ft. tree from the ground that was nearby the alleyway and holds the tree like it was a baseball bat.
Do you want to say that again?!
She was holding the tree with not sweat, looking at Kai with pure anger. She looks at Katsuya.
No, stay out of this unless you want to make me more mad!
Chohi looks at Star.
Sorry old lady. I can't talk right now. I want to make sure that Kai would say that one more time at me.
Break time over then?
*Kai points his Halberd at the tree. His eyes flash and a stream of flames launches at the tree in an attempt to reduce it to ashes or at least set it on fire in an attempt to have Chohl drop it.*
You're trying to threaten a guy who you saw summon an axe out of a pillar of fire with something as flammable as wood. You ain't that bright, are ya?
*Hat Kid looks at Noe in a shy matter and rubs the back of her head... it's like she is shy about telling her name to Noe*
Noe tilts her head at the hat wearing girl before smiling like she understands.
Ohhh, are you shy? It's okay! You don't have to tell me! You can call me Noe-chan!
She looks at Chohi and Kai's squabble and jumps up and down.
Oh! Are we going again, nya!? Can I join!?
*Hat Kid sighs before looking at Noe and notices her cat ears, soon walks up to Noe while smiling, soon holding her hand out for a hand shake*
Chohi saw that the tree was on fire and so, she dropped the tree before she saw it turn into ash.
Aaarrgghh! Why are you still here anyway! Don't you have a family to go back to or something? Try to get a job or something so that you can earn the money.
She dusted her hands off. She went to her bag and brought out some water and drank from it. She see's that Noe was in front of her.
*inhales**exhales* No, the fighting just ended. I'm just getting water. You can have some more water and food from the bag if you want.
Wha...buh...OLD!? I'm only seven years old in terms of god years!
Star throws the plant hanger she had into nowhere and pulls a blue plant hanger with a nozzle on it out of nowhere.
I'm...just going to forget you said that and keep mu calm. Now then, about that deal?
I have a job. I'm a mercenary. A nameless nobody from nowhere who catches criminals and those who disturb the peace. As for a family, well...
*Kai chuckles, somewhat somberly. He gives Chohl a thumbs down.*
Gone with the rest of my world, I'm afraid. I'm the last man standin', so to speak. What about you, kid? Don't you a family that's worried about ya runnin' around, stealin' and throwin' rocks at people, eh? If you go back to 'em now, I'll even be nice enough to let ya off the hook. This time.
Noe looks down at the Hat Kids hand in confusion before remembering what you're supposed to do in these situations and taking her hand, shaking it up and down. It was a little on the rough side.

IC: Katsuya seems to have lost interest in arresting Rosie without due process, Chohi's not budging on turning herself in, Kai's finally standing down, Noe called Rosie an old lady AGAIN despite her being short of 21 years old, the Hat Kid proved herself in protecting Chohi from Kai, and Niko's sitting on his ass as he watches the situation unfold with the Kyriaki gem he refused to hand over.
Rosie sighs and decides to leave Noe and the others be for now. Perhaps she should smooth things over with Katsuya; having an unnatural hair color and a godmodding complex puts a huge target on her back, after all.
"First off, I know my rights damn well," she starts. "I obtained these Dapple Dualies legally, and I have a license to carry."
She opens up her wallet and shows Katsuya a U.S. government-issued license to carry.
"You seemed to have ignored due process and assumed I was carrying a pair of illegal firearms," she continues. "Plus, you distracted yourself from the mission AND you didn't have a warrant.* Not exactly model police work, in my opinion. I may have a godmodding complex, but I do abide by the law."
OOC: *No arrest warrant within the Nexus continuity. You issued a warrant in a non-canon discussion thread on the Phansite, so that technically doesn't count. If I'm wrong on this, can the GM correct me?

She acknowledges Star's presence for a brief moment before turning back to Niko.
"Word on the street is that another gem like the one you have now popped up recently," she continues. "And a certain Tatsuya-san was rewarded with it."
