My Goodbye.
Welp, this is it. My obligatory sappy post.
I haven't been around on here for too long, 5 months or so. But for what it's worth, it's 5 months that I'll remember for the rest of my days.
The overwhelming positivity on this site has been amazing. I thought the Daily Haru would only ever get so far, and people would lose interest, but no. Even 150+ days since I started, people still interact and post on it. That sounds really small, but for me it means everything.
I hadn't pictured myself doing the Daily Haru 150 days ahead of when I started, and I thought I'd forget for days straight or stop posting all together. But it's thanks to this community that I kept going with it. And for that, I thank everyone who's upvoted even just one of the 150+. It means a lot. On that note, I should mention that there is a Daily Haru channel on the Official Phansite Discord, so if you want more Haru then head there: https://discord.gg/yDSgwags2H
But this isn't the only reason the Phansite means a lot to me. 2 years ago one of my best friends posted a simple discord invite on here before I knew this place existed, and it was through that invite that I came to meet another one of my best friends that I still talk to on the daily to this day.
Thank you, Phansite. I'll never forget the time I've spent here.

P5A: Opinions on the $300 dub
So, after finishing the P5A dub I can honestly say that, after dropping the sub versiona while back, the dub version does it some justice.
Besides the very very terrible fight scenes and the very low quality characters in some scenes, It's my belief that the dub has kinda made it more bearable.
Idk if It's just an immersion thing, but I really enjoyed it. The VAs did a great job and for the ones that didn't make it into the dub, their replacements still did very good.
So overall, I think that the dub made the anime 50% more watchable than before, and while being not even remotely close to being anything like P4TA, It's still definitely worth the watch.
Oh, but it's still not even remotely worth $300.
Fuck that.
Anyways, to those of you who may have watched the dub, what did you think of it? I'd love to hear some people's thoughts!
