(On the outskirts of the city lies an empty construction yard. The yard has a wall-like series of fences that make it difficult to peer into, but there are a few holes along the fence. Of course, near what would be the front of the building is an open space to walk inside. Towards the middle of this construction yard, sitting on a few metal pipes is a young, blonde man with a scar over his right eye. He eagerly looks towards the front of the building in-progress) Alright, now I just wait for those two fans of mine... Or maybe anyone else. Word of the reward may have spread after all. (The young man chuckles to himself and looks closely at a bracelet on his left-wrist) I would be glad to provide my services to any would-be fan of mine.

(There's a charity event being held near Shibuya. The host is a "Quattro Vetrix", a young man most people likely hadn't heard of before. But regardless, money talks. He has managed to put together a large buffet featuring every meal you could imagine, on short notice too. In just a day, posters advertising it were all over the city. Its a fairly normal charity event, pay to enter and all proceeds go to the Red Cross. Unusual, however, is the end of the poster. Which says "Fans eat free". Some people seem to be taking advantage of this offer, but most are cautious enough not to.)
