As a girl, I feel the Persona series is severely lacking in diversity.
The Q games are canon in a sense. She is canon but its more like a split timeline like (Persona 2 Spoilers) <spoiler>with the Persona 2 games and it spawning the innocent sin timeline and the timeline the rest of the games take place in.</spoiler>
