*Moonlight has once again opened its doors... However, this time it's under new management.* Well, everything is set and ready to go... I just hope I do a good job.

-Maria-

*Maria enters the cafe* So this is Moonlight..... *She sees Shino and waves* Hey bestie!

Ina

*walks in* Yay! The place with the good hot cocoa is back!

Shino

Oh hey Maria. Haven't seen you in ages. How have things been?

Ina

*sits down* Hot cocoa please!

-Maria-

Been ok, just doing my own thing.....

-Maria-

*She goes to sit down, but upon sitting down, she pats her side* Huh? Did I...... Oh god dammit!

Shino

Ah, I get ya... I've been doing the same thing really. *Makes Ina a hot cocoa and places it in front of her* Here you go, please enjoy.

Shino

What's wrong? Forgot something?

Ina

Thank you! But first..... *sends a quick beam of fire at the hot cocoa, making it as hot as lava, before drinking it quickly*

Ina

Anyways, who are you two? I haven't seen you guys before... *her fox ears wiggle*

-Maria-

Yeah, I left my gun at home! I gotta get it! I'll be back! *She heads for the door*

A young boy roughly of highschool age opens the wooden cafe doors and slowly proceeds to enter while being careful as to not disturb anyone. He knew that he was warned not to enter any cafes but the curiosity had gotten to him and he wished to know the reason himself. He went over to one of the many tables within and sat down. His expression was unchanging as always as his pale blue eyes simply stared down at the table. It had been a while since he had been to such a normal establishment or at least it felt as if it had been.

[A young man opens the front door. As he does he was... well... "greeted" with a girl literally bumping into him. He stumbles back a bit..] O-Oh dear....

-Maria-

*She accidentally bumps into the man* Oh, crap! Are you Ok? *She finally sees him and blushes, extending a hand, though not acting flustered by his...... apparent good looks*

Shino

Ah, a new customer I see. Well, welcome to Moonlight... If you wish to order something, don't hesitate to ask.

Zenjiro

I'm fine... thank you. [The man reaches out for the girl's hand.]

-Maria-

*She lifts him up..... marveling at the feel of his hand..... she holds it for an awfully long time....* I uh..... sorry about..... you know.... bumping into you

Ina

*walks over to shino* So, this is moonlight! I've heard about it! It's one of the most popular cafes, right next to Leblanc!

Zenjiro

It's fine. Can't say it wasn't the first time it's happened. [He looks down at their hands] You're... still holding...

Shino

Mhm... It was popular for a while... But, the last owner moved shop, and is letting me run it on his place.

Shino

*in his place

-Maria-

Huh? *She sees her hand and immediately retracts it* Oh, sorry! You must think I'm weird or something, I'm not usually like this or anything I.... *She sighs* Sorry.... I just get a little excited from time to time..... I'm Maria, you are?

Ina

Oh! Well, I'm Ina! It's nice to meet you! *her fox tail wiggles as she smiles cutely*

Zenjiro

I'm Zenjiro Ishida, a second year at Kosei. Nice to meet you Maria. [He smiles at her]

Shino

Oh get a freaking room you two! And nice to meet you Ina.

*Shaq drives through the wall* Hello, food?

Ina

I'm guessing she's your friend? *points to maria*

-Maria-

*She blushes harder at his smile* You're a second year? So am I! And you go to Kosei? I go to Shujin!

Shino

Yeah, we've known each other for most of our lives ... She's very adventurous.

Zenjiro

Oh... I've heard things about Shujin... not very good things. [He looks at the girl behind the counter in confusion] What?

Ina

Oh! That's cool! *dmiles at shino* Oh, I almost forgot! I never got your name!

Shino

My name is Shino. And you heard me, get a room. This isn't a date cafe.

Ina

Nice to meet you shining! You're very pretty! *smile*

Migrant

*Hey a Mig wanders in as if summoned by a threat to Maria.*

Zenjiro

D-Date?! [He seems a little flustered] I just met her!

Ina

Ooc: auto correct. Shino, not shining.

-Maria-

Shino! *She seemed incredibly flustered*

Bgammax

*Gamma was walking by the cafe when he noticed something unusual. The doors were open. Gamma chuckles to himself and walks in, tossing and catching a shard of ice* Well well, nice to see this place is back in order. Shame I don't have too long to stick around.

Ina

Hi lavy! *waves at gamma*

-Maria-

*She turns to Zenjiro* I am so sorry, Zenjiro, she's just joking of course! Haha! *She laughs awkwardly*

Shino

Oh hey two other people I know. And, Maria, don't you dare deny you're thinking about it. I know you.

-Maria-

Shino please.... *She mouths the words* "Not in front of him"

Zenjiro

You... have quite the friend.

Migrant

Huh? Maria? What are you doing here? And who is that!?

Bgammax

*Gamma chuckles and waves to the others before sitting down at the counter* Hello again Ina, I hope you're enjoying that game. *Gamma looks over to Shino and nods* Nice to see you again, even if only for a moment. Could I have a sweet tea while I'm here?

Shino

Fine... Fine... *she lets out a small sigh* The things I do for friendship.

Ina

*holds a ball of fire in her hands, examining it*

*She grabs Migrant and takes her to a corner away from them*

Ina

Oh yeah! I played it! It was really fun! And hilarious!

-Maria-

Yeah, she's a real hoot!

Woah! *is taken away! *

Shino

Also, one tea coming up! *she quickly prepares everything for the sweet tea, fixes it up, and puts it front of Gamma* Here you go... Hopefully, I didn't make it too sweet.

Zenjiro

Well since I'm here. Do you have any coffee?

Ina

*keeps messing with the ball of fire*

Shino

Mhm, we do in fact have coffee. Would you like some?

Bgammax

*Gamma sips the tea and smiles* There's no such thing as too sweet Shino. Not with tea anyways. It tastes wonderful.

Zenjiro

Yes please. [He walks to the counter and sits at one of the stools]

Ina

*eventually puts the ball of fire in her pocket*

Shino

Thank you for the compliment Gamma, I appreciate it. *She makes Zenjiro up some coffee and slides it to him* Please be careful, it freshly made, so it's hot.

Ina

Can I have another hot cocoa?

Shino

Yup, one more coming up. *Makes another hot cocoa, and gives it to Ina* If you need more, don't be afraid to ask.

Zenjiro

You know, I don't drink coffee very often. [He raises his cup and sips a bit] Though... this might make me drink it more.

Ina

*puts the ball of fire in the hot cocoa and drinks it quickly* Thanks!

Shino

Oh really? Thank you, I learned from the best.

Beethoven

(Beethoven enters Moonlight. Classical music can be faintly heard from his headphones.) How many cafÃ©s are there..? (Mumbling to himself, he ends up facing Shino.) Ah, hello ma'am. I'll have black coffee, please.

Zenjiro

Is this place new? I don't remember seeing it here before.

Bgammax

*Gamma finishes his tea and stands, waving to the new arrival* And as one goes, another one enters. Thank you for the service. Oh, and before I forget. *Gamma searches his pockets for 500 Yen and sets it on the counter* I hope this is enough to cover it, I didn't bring much with me. Thank you for the service again. *Gamma waves at the crowd before walking out of the cafe*

Shino

One black coffee! *she puts a black coffee in front of Beethoven* And it's not new, it's been around for a while.

Pikadaboi

*Falls through roof and lands on a table* Hey... Guys...

Ina

*looks at the time* Oh shoot! I gotta go! Bye! *puts 1000 yen on the counter then runs out*

Zenjiro

Really? Odd...

-Maria-

*She suddenly snaps out of it and sits next to Zen* So, are you new around here, Zen?

Zenjiro

Not really. I've been here for a few years now.

Beethoven

Thank you ma'am. (Beethoven takes a few sips of coffee, looking around Moonlight.) Such an odd place with so many people. I guess I'll have to adapt to this universe.

-Maria-

Really? I guess I've never seen you around before..... what do you like to do?

*Looks at Beethoven* You look familiar...

Yeah, it does take some getting use to... Ok,, alot of getting use to.

Oddly enough I'm quite good at games. Though that's my only talent.

-Maria-

Beethoven

(Beethoven doesn't reply to Pika, unable to understand him. Instead, continues to relax in his seat and sip his coffee.)

Card games mostly. Like Old Maid.

-Maria-

I'm good at Poker! Maybe we could play a round sometime?

[He chuckles] I look forward to it.

-Maria-

*She blushes wildly* I do too.... *She subtly scoots closer to him, internally screaming*

[He looks at Maria] Are... you ok?

*Shino rolls her eyes* Hoo boy...

Oh Yeah! I'm totally good right now...... amazing in fact!

*Looks over at group playing Poker* Hey guys, can I join in?

Oh uhh..... *She looks down in embarrassment* That.... happens.....

Well your name is foreign. Though you do look Japanese.

My parents were very.... creative..... but that's very observant of you

My mother actually got the idea from a friend of hers..... her name was foreign but she was Japanese.....

(Drinking all his coffee, Beethoven leaves 700 yen.) There's good service here. I think I'll come again. Better than that cave, for sure. (Beethoven walks out of Moonlight.)

<Eiji realizes he's wandered into a silent area, and politely leaves> "Maybe they're gone..."

<Eiji is caught midway through the door, then he hears someone behind him speak> "Oh I thought the place was empty!"

*Looks at Eiji* How far did you run again?

It seems like it was for a little. I had some important things to do, and just got back.

<Eiji catches a glimpse of the rat and runs out hands waving> "THE THUG WON'T LEAVE ME ALONE!"

Ina

Nothing much. *sits down* Can I have another hot cocoa?

Can you pass me the strongest alcohol you got? *Drinks whiskey*

One hot cocoa coming right up. And, sorry, we don't serve alcohol here... This isn't a bar, though there are plenty of them around. *Makes Ina's hot cocoa and puts it on her table*

Thanks! *drops a ball of fire in the hot cocoa and drinks it*

What did you do? *Looks in confusion*

Oh, I just made it hotter. I'm a descendant of the fox demons of the past. They handled fire alot, so I like fire and heat. Stuff like that.

Pikadaboi

Huh. *Looks at ears* I just realized those.

Ina

Really? *fox ears wiggle*

Hey, they kinda blend in with your hair.

Ina

Yeah, but they wiggle around alot.

*Looks at them* Now that you mention it, they kinda do.

*goes about checking her stock* Plenty of coffee and tea... Might need some more juice... And some milk.

Like I said, I'm a fox spirit so I have some fox features.

I like heat and I like chocolate, so I like hot chocolate! *drops a ball of fire in the hot cocoa, then drinks it*

*Kageomi enters Moonlight, humming softly to the music playing in her earbuds. Taking an empty seat, she mumbles out a few words.* One Mocha, please..

Something like that...... *She fiddles with her jacket, looking down mumbling something* ....ot.....

Right, one mocha one it's way! *she quickly preps everything, and places a hot mocha in front of Kageomi* Please enjoy, don't hesitate to ask if you need anything else.

Well I'm always excited to meet new people too... most of the time.

*She takes the mocha, sipping quietly. With the small amount of people in here, Kageomi is fairly calm as there is not much madness. She smiles at Zenjiro and Maria, finding their talk slightly amusing.*

Oh yeah, I know all about people with attitude.... they're just no fun to be around, always bringing everyone down.... That's why I try to make everyone a little more happy!

*starts writing in a notebook labeled "ships"*

I'm working right now... But maybe we can meet up at the Temple later.

Aww, you all are too nice... Still, shame Mementos is the way it is... wouldn't mind fighting shadows instead of each other.
