All former criminals have the rights to proper rehabilitation and reintroduction into society, no matter the severity of their crimes.
A criminal may also not be held captive for more punishment that was originally declared.
Guards may not touch, hit, or in any assault or abusive any prisoner unless provoked. When necessary and when met with resistance, guards may forcibly move prisoners between cells.
Those who commit crimes before the age of 16 may not be held captive. Instead, they will go into debt once they work their first job.
Those who commit crimes after the age of 16, but before finishing school, may be forced to do community service. On more severe cases, such as felonies, the offender may be legally served with jail time, up to ten years.
Former Criminals may also not be accused based on crimes they did in the past.
Criminals (Former or present) may also not be assaulted by civilians. Beyond a case of self-defense, any crimes directed towards another criminal will be treated as a crime.
Furthermore, unless the aforementioned criminal has homicidal intent, use of weapons or other equally murderous powers -like personas- will not entail self-defense.
