The Fall of Tokyo
*The streets of Tokyo are in utter chaos. Within a day, citizens have become rebellious and restless. The streets are filled with random NPCs saying, "Might makes right!", "No more order!" And "World of strength!". Businesses have closed down in fear and have been overrun by looters, while outside government and party offices, protesters have filled the area and keep no one from getting in or out. It was a sight akin to the French or Russian Revolution. Several more crazy individuals have set fire to police cars and other buildings. Was this the will of the people, or something else?*
*Most districts were in utter chaos. Kasumigaseki had it worse. It was utterly taken over by angry people and who knows where the politicians are.*
*In Shibuya, above the 105 Men's building, which had also been filled with people demanding an end to regime and taking over stores... The Black Samurai stood, speaking on a megaphone*
This is what you desired, wasn't it, Tokyo? This world is in your hands now. Unleash your primal rage, tear down the nation and make a world made by true strength, where nobody can hold you down, a place of true anarchy and freedom! I will look forward to the world you create! What kind of world do you desire, strong citizens of Tokyo?
On the streets of Tokyo...
*A recording plays through the public announcement loudspeakers all over Tokyo, much to police surprise. For where a large building screen can be seen, it is a picture of a masked individual with a feminine voice*
Hello, citizens of Tokyo. I am the Black Samurai.
For too long have those in power indulged themselves at the expense of the commoner. Those who possess strength have not been allowed to prosper, while the rule of law dictates that those with money, who keep the strong on a least, guide you towards a life of subservience and unhappiness.
To display my own strength, I have interfered with this public service broadcast, and I also inform you that the stocks have plummeted dramatically. I hope you corporate fat cats have not planned to buy a new kotatsu this winter.
I encourage you, citizens of Tokyo, to realize your own strength, independent of the powers that be, of public opinion. Mankind is an animal, an animal of desires, capable of extraordinary things. For how long will you remain willingly in chains? Rebel. Be like no one. Destroy that which holds you down and that which is in your way.
I have circulated many revolutionary books throughout the city. I encourage you to read them. Perhaps you can meet me as well... When the time is right.
Embrace freedom. Embrace your animal. This revolution belongs to the strong.
*The broadcast cuts out, leaving the baffled citizens whispering*
