I can't say you've done anything to anyone I play, it's not as though looking like some random asshole is reason to call somebody an enemy after all.

IC let’s see..... The one I’d most likely bring is Eris, who hasn’t seen you. But assuming she’s heard of Akechi somewhat through news and such, would likely see him as an Ex-detective with a hidden sorrow, someone she’d try to help if possible.

You're... Goro Akechi, yes? The ace detective who stood opposed to the Phantom Thieves... ...I find that the sense of justice you uphold, where we should implicitly trust the police is a dangerous thing. I feel individuals should stand up for themselves and what they feel is right, even if it goes against the rules of this society. But alas, I don't see you as an enemy, unless you hinder my own goals in life. I trust the feeling is mutual, Akechi-san.

The closest character I have to an enemy is either Cait or Yuri, and even then, it would require some digging to get them to learn about Akechi. Yuri's the most likely person to go against Akechi... especially if he sees the flaws in Akechi's "justice."
