So this event will be quite the doozy but oh so simple to get~ Every day till the end of this year a new daily event will be triggered and points can be gained by participating in the happenings of each day. Whoever gets the most points at the end of this royale wins a special prize at the end to be determined by a few choice factors. Extra Info: - All daily events will begin at the times I first announced and end at the start of the next period * ie, event 12am - 12am Est next day* - Points gained are determined by the ranking given to each individual happening * Ranks will be determined by end day polling* -Anyone is free to participate but points can't be shared between alts - If no contributions are made points will be determined by past threads

My favorite casual thread would be Gentaro's school that happened exactly once. It was a nice chance to just act as the person, you know, doing normal stuff without constant discussions on magic. Either that or Ene's musical thread, for the pure ridiculousness of it. Though I'm afraid I don't have links handy, I could probably find them if given a little time

Throughout 2017 all the wonderful people living on this site have gone through oodles of adventures and personal milestones. This development in character is shared among all of us and now it's time to bring it all home with one final bonanza for all!!! So all throughout this day the many citizens of this site are asked to come out and show who they are, what they are, and what exactly they are fighting for. In doing so they are especially invited to stand proud and present what exactly they are bringing to the upcoming year. And since everyone is so different and unique ... THEY CAN SHOW THEIR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT THROUGH THREADS, CHARACTER INTERACTIONS, AND EVEN PERSONAL PLOT REPLAYS!!!! Alright, I actually have a bit of a list 1. Quintus Geminus- Though I’ll admit I wasn’t as fond of the Nyx part development, the rest of it felt wonderfully paced and reasonable, I could see someone like Quintus actually existing, and can’t help but root for him. Quintus for protag anyone? 2. Danksuya Suou- I forgot this one for a bit, but watching him turn from a mostly normal teen, to an insecure one living in the shadow of a stranger, finally to a power-obsessed servant of darkness, and even participating in that change? (Albeit unintentionally). The story of Danksuya is the kind of tragedy I absolutely adore. The world beats on a kid, so he bites back only to fade away like a flower in the dusty desert winds 3. Kinda surprised a villain didn’t take #1 with my tendencies, but as a character I really enjoyed Ira. Of course he was kinda a prick, but he was shown to really care about the whole “family” thing, even working with one of his siblings, and overall I’m kinda sad to have seen him go. 4. Edgel- I mean Gamma. I might be biased on that one, especially considering his current position, but outwardly he shows a lot of inconsistencies in a way that, while perhaps confusing, are in and of themselves consistent. I shall miss sir Edgy when his time comes. Speaking of which, get working on the next trial dammit

I’ll be honest when saying that end of Nyx thing was forced because an ending was needed and nobody else seemed to be able to come up with a solution.

Just ripped this off the discords! Voted and here is why! Lux! Mostly because it was fun chasing him into a hopeless void, then trying to bring him back from that. Every step we took forward was really two steps back. Up until Nyxmas which was a great finale for the character. Gamma! For some reason all my characters get mixed up with him, and I toke every chance I could to try and crack away at his hard shell. Until to the dream when he finally broke and we made some actual progress. We still have a ways to go. But it's one of the more complex characters.

I voted for Quintus and Danksuya for, well, reasons I described above. Danksuya's the kinda tragedy I love, and Quintus's reluctant heroism is one of the most realistic things I've seen on-site. These are a few of my faaavorite things.
