*On a small hill overlooking the Nexus, a once abandoned shrine is repaired suddenly, and a girl wearing an elaborate dress walks out from behind it.* Ah, the Nexus. It's been quite some time since I've been here. Well, I best not keep people waiting. People of the Nexus! Your goddess of insanity and general chaos has returned! I promise that I shall not be leaving for such a long time again! I, Star Sakura, shall not let myself leave this land with notice. In other words... *With a snap of her fingers, her dress becomes a blue hoodie, black pants, and long boots.* I'M BACK, BITCHES! Now, who wants another snow day!? Ahahahaha!

*From a lab somewhere outside the Nexus, from behind it's locked door, a loud banging can be heard as Sam slams his head against his desk, sensing a disturbance in the force.* OOC: Welcome back, Star. Just in time for the New Year.

Lost? Pfft! This is my house! Why would I be lost in front of my house? Granted, I've been gone for like five years or something, but still, I would have to have a pretty terrible sense of direction for me to get lost in front of my house.

A young man clad in a thick hoodie and furry boots enters the shrine. He is armed with a small leather bound book. As he walks through the shrine he flips through pages sporadically, his breath quite visible in the chill air. "I should be grateful the weather has calmed down, at least these past few days. The wind is still bothersome, but at least Shotaro enjoys it." Phillip is simply muttering to himself as he reads.

Well, being the goddess of insanity and general chaos, everything about me is unique...oh, but don't worry, nobody is going to die. I may be the goddess of insanity and general chaos, but does that make me evil? To answer that question, no it does not. And no, I'm not lying about being a goddess.

Well, demon killing does make good money. I should know, I make most of my profits killing them! A dragon here, a stupidly powerful demon there, and next thing I know I'm rolling in money! Of course, inflation is always a problem, but I don't see that happening for quite some time now.

Heheheh! Dastardly stands a great distance away looking through his binoculars. He then puts his binoculars down and looks at his car. Today I have a grand plan! After playing Persona 5! Dastardly quickly winks I have learned that the only way to get rid of a god is...! A flash of purple flames go over him and chains surround him Is with a devil! A large figure goes over Dastardly and it is Satanael Of course I don't have actual powers, this is just my robot! But it still holds great power! And it can get rid of this goddess and place me in the lead of the Wacky Races! Heheheh! Its a perfect idea! Now...Satanael! Use that big gun of yours! The Robot Satanael points his giant gun towards the shrine. A large beam starts to form, but the beam stops and Satanael starts to shake. What the heck? Satanael! Purge this god already! Satanael points his gun towards the shrine once again. A large purple beam shoots out of Satanael's gun towards the shrine to destroy all. But at the same time Satanael over heats and explodes in large purple flames, causing an even bigger explosion to consume the entire area. I'll take the lead one day! Dastardly fades into the purple flames

*an energy dome suddenly appears and protects the shrine from damage* Well, whoever did that will have to try harder. I learned a few tricks on my time off...also, I ate a few dragons who were stupidly powerful and gained their power. Ahh...good times...being a greater goddess and having immortality is so much fun.

Well that's uneventful. Guess it's time for me to bring my usual brand of insanity to the Nexus...but I think I'll do that tomorrow. I have to set up for donations! And blessings, but mostly donations! Money makes the world go round, and I love smacking people in the face with a fat wad of cash! Or was it a sack full of bricks? I forget! But hey, nice armor, and hello new people! Ahh, it's good to be back...It feels like nothing changed, but everything changed...I hate that feeling.

Well then congratulations, you've met a goddess. Back when I was around, gods were a common thing. Guess they aren't common anymore.

Hundreds of notes come out of nowhere to make up a humanoid body. It walks closer to Starwaddle and seems to smile,despite having an expressionless face. "We ain't as common but we're still here."

It's in front of the shrine, can't miss it. It's got an enchantment on it that protects people depending on how much they donate. It's a pretty nifty thing if you've got some spare change. And it's nice to know gods are still around this place. As for trinkets... I've actually got nothing, well, besides this robe I got from this blue haired guy who mistook me for a tactician along with this other girl. It was like the first thing that happened after I somehow got out of the Nexus.

From where i come, gods are only fairy tales... and monsters... Magus covers himself with his cape.

"Cool." The Note Man dissipates,though his notes stay,surrounding Starwaddle. "Hmmm..."

"Sounds pretty sweet." Eito walks over to the shrine and drops 5000 yen inside. "I need to manage my money more responsibly..." He walks back,mumbling to himself.

Well, that tends to happen with most gods. Good gods, evil Gods, and gods that may or may not be real, that's the most common type of gods. Me, I'm not like most gods. I'm an evil goddess who doesn't do evil often, and when I do it's usually a minor thing. Hell, I do more good than bad most of the time.

Magus looked at star for a few seconds, but he looked away. Usually gods are selfish, they act to their own profit... and they try to make it appear like they are being generous.

A young man in a gray overcoat would be walking by the shrine. He noticed that there was a group gathered but didn't really seem to pay it any mind. "Odd to see so many people at a shrine. Oh well, not my problem or anything." Quintus would continue walking without paying the shrine much mind.

"Well then..." Eito draws one of his knives and stabs himself.

Well, I'm selfish, sure, but I'm just as generous. Besides, money to a god is power, but only money that is donated. I protect my donators, they give me money, I get stronger, and they get better protection. It's a simple concept, honestly. They give you something because they want, right? That is not selfish at all, they give you money and you protect them in exchange, i see it like some kind of contract.

Sounds neat. Sure, I'll take it. probably won't do much though. I'm already extremely powerful, so it'll just be another drop in the bucket, but more power is always something nice...then again, I think I'll just hold on to it. Give it to someone who actually needs it. Oh, and did I mention the enchantment doesn't stop pain? I mean, sure, you wouldn't get stabbed, but you'll still feel like you got stabbed. It's a little trade off for better protection. And yeah, it's more of a business than a contract. Very profitable for someone like me, who has more power than they know what to do with.

The knife fails to penetrate Eito's skin,yet he tenses up and starts breathing a little more heavily as he puts it back in it's sheath. "I shouldn't have done that."

Yeah, that's what happens when you try stabbing yourself with an enchantment on. Hurts like a bitch, but at least you don't get hurt. All of the pain but none of the bleeding! You get used to it after awhile.

Magus

You can't bleed, but you can still feel the pain, curious. But is more curious how Eito stabbed himself that easily, you could have lied him and he could be bleeding like a pig like now.

Why would I lie? Sure, it's weird that he stabbed himself just like that, but it's not my job to ask or to know. My job is to protect people and stop incidents from happening, like a god trying to destroy the world. That's one of my favorite incidents, because it means free publicity for my shrine.
