"Well... I do know one but I don't know if She could be here... her name's mustache girl, we were friends... I wish to not speak of her and I hope my version of mustache girl is not here then well things are not going to be good" Hat Adult said

Karnof: Hm... We can't rule out the possibility that she is here. Do you know where she would most likely hang out? Even if she herself didn't kidnap her, she could have hired someone to.

Niko seems to be trying to climb a street light, trying to view people from high-up places has always been a favorite thing of his when he's outside.
