No english dub? That seems like a pretty strange decision considering it'd be a first for the series as far as I'm aware.

I heard it got less sells in Japan, less than Persona Q. I guess they don't have must hope for the west.

There might be hope for the dub though, they said "Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth’s localized release will be available exclusively on the Nintendo 3DS with a Japanese voice track and English subtitles. There are no plans to add an English dub to the game at this time." Maybe it will be free dlc in the future?

It's not a stretch to imagine that there's plenty of Persona 5 related projects being worked on at Atlus at the moment. Similarly to the P4 spin offs, I have to imagine there going to have a lot of cameos from the previous game's cast as well. No telling what they might've been working on.

No Eng dub hurts me on a very deep level

The fact that there's not going to be a dub kinda pisses me off. I was really looking forward to the game and how certain voice actors would portray their roles, kinda like how Kamoshida was going to do Kamoshidaman. And what's even taking them so long to translate the text? The dubbed release of PQ came out 5 months after PQ came out in Japan. This is taking, what, 7-8 months just to translate the text and do all of the other stuff that needs to happen for a new game coming out?

At least it’s getting released. Pretty hyped for that.

Glad it's getting localized, but having no dub is seriously making me leaning towards not buying it. I'd love to play it, but the English voices are such a core part of the Persona games. I want to hear Kanji and Yusuke talk to each other :( Another major problem is Japanese Teddie, ohh no.

Y'all mind if I preorder a game that comes out in 5 months? So who's actually gonna get this game since it won't have a dub? I'm still debating if I will or not. I know for a fact that I won't be getting the DLC or the 3DS theme. I'm gonna go buy the Fire Emblem Echoes Alm path 3DS theme in a bit.
