At this point, I think most of the people who still support DSP do so because they find watching his absurd antics and failures funny. Sort of like chris-chan. It kinda is, but it's also a little sad to think that people throw money at a guy just to laugh at his massively over-inflated ego while genuinely funny, informative, and friendly streamers/video uploaders create content for nothing.
