I never wandered much in my first playthrough. Doing it now is pretty fun.
What have you guys done and seen/heard while wandering through Tokyo?

I took a playthrough and a half before I realized there was a maid cafe, and you could use the claw machine.

Yeah the red light district has the maid cafes where maids don't exactly give you food for service...I mean, unless you decide to eat "tuna"
