The PS1 Spyro the Dragon trilogy had some great soundtracks. Also, Spongebob Battle for Bikini Bottom had surprisingly good music.

And I can't forget to mention Paper Mario The Thousand Year Door.

Just about anything Michiru Yamane, Motoi Sakuraba or Nobuo Uematsu compose. Also love the Kingdom Hearts, Paper Mario, Fire Emblem, NieR, MGS and MGR, most Musou games especially Hokuto Musou and obviously Persona/SMT stuff. A list that's a bit more specific for those who care.

Though be warned, haven't updated this list since playing P5, but I can definitely say the P5 OST would easily make it on here and very high at that.

God Eater, Kingdom Hearts, I don't know if RWBY counts. Nier and Fire emblem,i can agree as well. But I say besides Persona it's God Eater for me who is most. There I suggest tracks like: No way back,FATE,God's feast,etc.

Aside from Persona 5... Paper Mario, Fire Emblem Fates, SMTIV, P3, P4, Aoi Shiro, and my all time favorite OST: Final Fantasy IX

Persona 5 and LoZ: The Wind Waker. I can go on and on about why I love The Wind Waker and the music is one of the reasons.

I always enjoyed the tales series intros and some other songs from them
