Okay but seriously look at the obvious parallels, both manage a website, being bland shortish awkward(no shame), both have a similar look/physique.... just saying
reasons being that joker is one of the most level-headed here most of the time but also has a legendary snapping streak ("honestly" etc) and pure-anon and celty are both dedicated to pursuing what's Very Important to them while being wholesome on the side
let me clarify that by wholesome i mean less Being Nice All The Time and more Has Moments But Tries To Be Decent To Others And Also Lets Their Personality Show Through Without Deceit
if we're going by izaya as someone that pisses shizuo off, then haru[whatever] spam, but i can't think of an antagonist disliked by most people that also has enough intelligence to qualify
