There is a killer around, but there's not really much we can do about it. Authorities aren't exactly willing to hand over valuable intel to a bunch of random civilians and a Russian. So I simply plan to watch this spiral until it actually affects us.

Well you see, there was kinda a war, between Russia and Japan. Then there was the Cold War, and I don't really think relationships have healed since then.

Pretty much everyone was involved in some way. Japan was on the US side kinda sweating the whole thing out since there wasn't much they could do. Could have easily been World War three, but everyone was much too tired after the first two.

Well, there was no actual war, just a bunch of countries glaring at each other. I mean, there were actual wars, but not the main one. Japan was mostly just being terrified of Russia and hoping it all worked out.

I'm left thinking of Nyx, and Tartarus actually. Of seals and someone to become one specifically. Don't know of it's relatable at all, but that's a thought going around in my head.

Afraid I don't know much about seals though. In my world's fiction they usually required some sort of human sacrifice to stop a great evil for a while and then it gets loose anyways and BAM. Game plot right there.

Well, it could be an acronym of some sort. But if its a code I'm afraid I'm of no use. All I usually do is start throwing it into simple ciphers, but that's not gonna work. Either way, it doesn't sound like it'll matter in the end. Whatever comes will come, and then I'll kill it. Pretty simple really.

I noticed that in that same message there was someone speaking informally... Odd, considering the normal tone of the messages. Perhaps a Persona-user? Kinda quick to conclude that, but considering people like Junpei and the current situation...
