Depends on what you mean by this place.

This cafe is LeBlanc, Coffee and Curry. As you might expect, it sells coffee and curry.

And it's apparently the midpoint of this thing called The Nexus. Which.... is complicated. So much so that I'll spare you the full explanation. Just know that it's sucking in all kinds of worlds and people. And villains.
