Rip P1 and P2 protags. Never got in here. In theory, each one would be equal to each other. Not because of how their Personas are, but because they can essentially get the same Personas. In fact, all but their unique Personas are shared. However, if you only factor in Ultimates, that's a different story.

The problem with this is none of them really have any notable feats to use due to being relatively normal people in a turn based JRPG. If I had to give some type of answer, I'd say Joker just because the nature of what he does makes him more agile than the other two. Though if we're going composite, Narukami murderstomps just on account of BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle.

Not to toot my own horn but if we were only considering ultimate personas and their actual in-game stats at max lvl then Izanagi-no-Okami kind of stomps all others. It's max base stats are an even 80 across the board and it resists most basic elements. I'd consider that pretty strong for a final form persona.

This implies he's still alive. If you ask me, it goes Makoto, Joker, and then Yu. Also shouldn't we have a spoiler warning for this stuff?
