What Senri said really, and yeah not Persona-related is... A good way to put it, we have a fair number of "Persona OCs" in that they are OCs who happen to have Personas, some even aim to be akin to the Persona style in other ways. But the plots themselves haven't been much like Persona in ages, once upon a time we just did a much worse version of P5's plot though, I like to think it's gotten better in many ways. Either way, just don't god mod and try to have fun, and the rest should kinda line up from there!

Persona themes come up every now and then, but if there ever was actual Persona RP, it stopped well before my arrival

Personally I still use Character Sheets, If only to inform GM's what my character's powers/limits are and what she can do. Though I use a bit more of a "Gamey" style of RP. And my character's combat gimmicks usually require a bit of explaining due to their... well, Gimmicky nature. So no, Character sheets are not required, just don't be a godmodder who can do everything and never gets hit by anything, but if you'd like a character sheet, if only to organize your thoughts on your characters powers and such, ask me, I have a template you can use. Other than that, Welcome~ Hope to have fun with you in the future!
