I actually had never seen that specific sequence either but I assumed that the age Yu would be during the events of Persona 5 would be somewhere around 21. It seems as though that guess may be close if Rise is 20, however, the dialogue of since she hit 20 leaves some space for me to still be wrong in that regard.
