It's easier to remember and say by skill names if you ever played persona

Element because not everyone uses the same skills. Eg Zan vs Gary.

Technically Zan and Garu are two different elements. TECHNICALLY.

But I say skill because its thematically appropriate

I say element because of the whole "crossover" thing. not all skills use Persona naming, even though they do basically the same thing
Alternatively we replace all applicable non-Persona skills with their Persona counterpart. EG. Lightning becomes Zio

I say skill names. It's just cooler to me and if you don't know em Google. Also gotta run still at work so can't slack off much.

Also I think elements are easier to identify than skills. Just saying.
