He then brings the meats and the veggies to the pot and begins cooking them, the fragrance of the onion, celery, and chicken wafting throughout the cafe. After a few minutes, Kalib adds water to the pot and adds the seasonings and bases to truly make the pot start to smell of curry. Another few minutes pass and he lets the curry simmer as he turns down the heat, allowing the alluring smell to truly overtake the cafe.*
