Good plot twists?
What would you say your favorite plot twist in a persona game has been?

I'd have to go with the entirety of the path to P4's true ending, it was such a little thing that could easily be missed and a whole part of the game that was locked off until you follow a very specific order of things. (Avoiding spoilers since some people I know are playing P4 for the first time.)
The Truth of Tartarus.
The entirety of Akechi was really good, he kept me on my toes on my first playthough, and when all the pieces fit together it feels amazing.
SPOILERS FOR PERSONA 4 AND 5;
Akechi was at least easy to guess. I had trouble working out the murderer in Persona 4 when it turned out it wasn't Nametame. Persona 4 had a lot of little twists and turns though, like the whole copycat killer stint.
When Mitsuru's dad died. Like, I seriously didn't expect it. It hit me so hard I cried and I don't even know why.
At the time the plot twist in Final Fantasy 7 was amazing! as a young kid i watched it and was so fucking shocked with aerith died (my dad renamed all the characters and funnily enough i was aerith..)
In a persona game.....adachi. he's so unassuming and you're like "no way, that doesn't make sense!" And then the game says "yeah but remember all this? It does make sense"

Something other than Persona......
Dragons Dogma: murdering a dragon to get you love and your heart back, only for the dragon to say "congrats, everything is harder now. Go fight God" and then you do
I'm the phansite antagonist ecks dee
@Inari
N-NANI!?!?
Even though I didn't like P4's final boss too much, I though it was a nice little twist. I also didn't figure out the culprit myself so I guess it was a nice twist too.

Other than Persona - 999, VLR, Danganronpa (mainly 1 and 2) have pretty rad plot twists.
MGS (especially 1 and 2) and Steins;Gate (the first one) had me surprised a couple of times.
One plot twist I liked was from Kid Icarus Uprising. They set the villain up as Medusa in the first 9 chapters and after the battle with Medusa the credits start to play, Pit and Palutena talking. Then theres another voice that says, "Now wait just a second." Then BOOM Hades fucking hand pops up on the screen rips the fake ass credit and there he is surrounded by flames and shit, looking badass. Then gets some pretty good dialogue during this scene too. This scene had me hyped.

My favorite plot twist was actually Fake Igor from P5, I was angry at what I assumed to be a voice change, and he felt off to me, so I found myself not liking him. Just to find out that it wasn't really Igor.

Mind=Blown
Persona related: Adachi. Really didn't expect him to be the villan. Specially since he had a normal social link.
Non-Persona related: Tie between finding out Hydregon Was The one who called you to the Pokemon world in PMD: GtI and finding out N Was The king of team plasma.
