Everything was dark. I didn't even know what I was nor could I have known. Then there was a light...

Conceptual Realms: The Horror of Truth
A hint of static buzzes in the distance as the world around you would be completely dark. You'd have been asleep but for how long is unknown. Upon opening your eyes you would see a world around you much different than your own. The floor was covered in thick wires of a multitude of colors and the area around you would be concealed by tall walls covered it what appeared to be screens. The screens were mostly off but a few would flicker with static for a few moments before turning off once more. The air itself felt musty and warm with a presence surrounding it that would make one yearn to understand. One of the stranger aspects of this place was that despite however long you might have been there you felt neither a need for food or sleep. It was as if your body had been placed on pause in this place.
Conceptual Realms: Mind over Mind
It would happen within a open field just outside the populated city areas of Shibuya. A bright light that would be blinding to any nearby would begin rising into the air like a beacon of sorts. The light would feel almost enlightening in nature but its true intent was to call out for any who see it to find where it's originating from. This idea would be ingrained into the mind as a suggestion rather than an order. Even from the populated areas of the city this light was plain to see as it slowly began to fall back to the ground before compressing back into its origin point. The origin of the light would be a humanoid figure comparable to a male child but nothing about them exactly looked human save for their figure. Their skin was incredibly pale to the point of appearing completely white. Their hair was a light color as well almost looking bleached completely white and finally, their eyes possessed a light just as bright as the one seen before as if the bright light from before retreated into the child's eyes. Their expression would be emotionless as they wait to see who heeds their calling.
Conceptual Realms: The Warmth and the Cold
It would float in mid-air like something out of a dream. It was hard to look at but also very easy and pleasant to look at. The best way I could describe its color is red as the object in question had no real color. It radiated with one very clear thing, warmth. The mere idea of warmth reflected off of it so blatantly that it was hard to even tell if it was anything besides the idea of warmth. It was like something out of a dream. The warmth was pleasant and the object was pleasant. It wasn't visible by any real means but it was circular in shape and covered at least a three foot radius. Those who were drawn to its warmth might try to enter its space. Within this space it would be warm like it was because it was warmth. It was comfort and it was through this comfort that others perhaps would learn to love it. This space of warmth was in the middle of a small meadow a little ways away from the hustle and bustle of Shibuya. There wouldn't be much to lead people here besides the vague thought that there was something warm here. No one would know why but the feeling and idea of warmth would be very strongly coming form where the space was.
GYM: Heads Will Roll!
[I could identify the noises the being wearing the clear material on his face was making at me. The being seemed to be full of many concepts which I did not grasp. I knew I had to try to use more language but I could barely manage to pronounce she. I had to start small and with simple words.] (The strange boy would look somewhat frustrated as he began struggling to speak. It was as if the very vocalization of words was a foreign concept to him. His words would be slow and he'd have a bit of trouble pronouncing certain things but he tried his best to mimic the others.) "K-id...wh-a-t? G-YM? Tra-in?" [I could comprehend how messy my language must have been. I felt something new, frustration. I wanted to communicate properly but all I could manage were sounds that barely could be turned into a comprehensive form.] {Frusteration could be visible on their face whether they wanted to display it or not. They seemed to be aware of the issues they were having but could do nothing to improve upon them.
GYM: Heads Will Roll!
[They were making noise as usual it seemed. I still struggled to comprehend the sounds but I had already begun being able to translate the concepts. I was still limited in this regard though to my own mental functions. The new concepts presented to me: 'Skitter' 'Power' 'owner' 'bugs' All these concepts were strange to me. I couldn't possibly make them out. The rest was easy enough for me to decipher but I needed to inquire more.] {The strange boy would once again attempt speech as he slowly pointed to Taylor and then to the bugs.} "She?"
High Atop Tokyo Tower
[The differences between men and woman, it was a odd thing to understand but soon I began to realize that these beings truly were different from me. They were human but I...I wasn't sure of what I was. I couldn't answer such a thing all I had were vague clues. The light had given me thought but had it given me a identity? That's right, I was it's keeper. I was the one who the light chose to bring into awareness.] (The boy would look away from the sun. The word human seemed to cause the light in his eyes dim a bit as something troubling crossed his mind but soon it returned as he began speaking once more.) "I am the one who holds onto the light. Once it was dark and I didn't think. The darkness was safe and I didn't need to be aware but once the light broke through I was awake for the first time. I don't know what I am but I know that the light allowed me to be born."
GYM: Heads Will Roll!
[A strange structure but one that interested me none the less. I wondered what it could possibly reside inside of it and knew there would only be one way to expand that though. I thought I saw another being before but perhaps it was just my ideas clouding my sight. I decided to walk in regardless. There was a chance I could learn more from this experience.] (A strange boy with pale skin and hair would walk in. His eyes shined with an almost blinding light as if he was lit up from within. He would look around in amazement at the interior of the GYM. It was unlike anything he had seen before and he would be so distracted he'd almost walk straight into a wall not paying attention.)
Vibrant Self-Righteousness
[I began to get better at translating their noises as they were all shouting about. My mind adapting to their 'language' as the concept formed within me. It seemed this 'language' was how they conveyed feelings to one another as well as ideas. The being with red hair's 'language' had become more clear to me. The being stated a few ideas that weren't completely familiar to me. 'she' 'protect' 'panic' I had the general understanding of 'protect' and 'panic' but 'she' was completely unfamiliar to me. Was this how the being referred to another? Yes, this was the first idea maybe I could form into noise myself.] (The strange boy would back up a bit seeing Mitsuru pull the weapon out. He would stare at her in curiosity as if still trying to understand her words. Suddenly he would speak. His voice sounded almost like a whisper and he seemed to struggle to form his words.) "She..."
(edited by Meian)

High Atop Tokyo Tower
[I don't know what compelled me to enter such an area. I simply followed the other beings into the strange solid room and it brought me to a much large room at the top. I walked off into the more open space and it would seem that it brought me to a much more elevated space. This space resided high above other buildings and filled me with an emotion I wasn't sure of but it felt more positive than negative almost similar to the light but nothing could compare to what the light gave me. I saw an being that looked different from the rest. They was wearing darkness and I was cautious of the darkness. I would keep my eyes on them.] (A boy with oddly pale skin and hair would step out of the elevator leading into the main section of the tower. His eyes were full of a bright light that made them hard to see directly. His clothing was oddly bland as well being a solid gray full body suit. He would start by staring out of the tower in amazement as if such a sight was completely foreign to him. It was then that he couldnt help but stare at the oddly dressed figure with a tinge of caution. His eyes were glued to them like a scared animal.)
Vibrant Self-Righteousness
[These beings seemed to be making a noise of sorts. It was strange the way they seemed to almost be directing the noises at each other. Was this how they communicated? Suddenly I noticed one had attempted communication with me directly. I wasn't sure how I should react but I didn't want to miss out on my chance to communicate in response. Just like before, I would change myself in order to understand myself more. The noises began to slowly make sense but I still wasn't sure how to make them myself. Of what little I could decipher from the noises I understood a few concepts. "Stay Close" That much I understood and nodded in response. I decided I would remain following this being as they seemed to be more knowledgeable than I in this instance.] (The stranger would remain close to Mitsuru as if understanding what she said but would not respond apart from a slight nod. As for everything else they still seemed confused about the situation on a whole.)
GYM: Heads Will Roll!
[The beings noises were becoming easier to understand. There were still concepts I struggled to grasp but the context of them seemed clear enough. So, I was small to them like what they considered a 'kid"? 'Innocent'? This concept confused me a little but perhaps it had something to do with the next. 'Young"? Yes, young. A concept to do with time, that much I could comprehend. Young was a concept for those who had only held sentience for a short time. That made sense in regards to myself. The next set of concepts was confusing as well: 'Muscle' 'Stronger' Weight I actually did comprehend as it was a measurement of how much pressure was applied to an individual due to the force of gravity on them. I wasn't sure myself how I knew this but it felt like natural knowledge. So, this would mean people come here to lose their weight. I was unclear as to why this would be the case but I accepted it regardless. There was the concept of 'train' again as well as 'powers' but abilities allowed me to define those concepts. An ability was something I could understand. It was a utilization a being held within themselves. I had abilities as well. It seemed to be implied that in this place people do a thing know as 'train' with their abilities or 'powers'. Abilities and 'powers' might have been synonyms. The next few concepts would explain what training was to me. 'Grow' was not something I could define. 'Challenge' was also a foreign concept to me but everything else allowed me to define the meaning behind the noise. 'Training' seemed to aid in the process of learning and adapting. The being's demonstration scared me a bit. The darkness scared me. It reminded me of those things I wish I could forget and aggravated the light within me. I would instinctively let the light loosen. I believe I understood the concept of this 'GYM'. It was a place that fostered the growth of one's abilities and weight loss in order to adapt and change. I wondered if I had more abilities I was unaware of. I may have felt as if the light was mine now but I still was unsure of what the truly meant.] {The boy seemed to listen to Kalib intently but upon seeing the darkness he would recoil in fear as his body for a second seemed to glow with a bright light. The light sparked and crackled around him in an almost wild manner. It was as if the light was reacting the same way he was to the darkness.) "No more darkness...." (He'd soon return to his own pondering as if trying to piece what Kalib said together fully.)
(edited by Meian)

Vibrant Self-Righteousness
[How strange, were these beings enacting violence on one another? Violence wasn't something I was used to either. It seemed strange but I too felt I had things in which violence might be necessary to guard. The light had to be protected, it was meant to be mine and mine alone. It was my duty to shine that light upon others but I didn't want to give it up. It was always to be my own. I would continue to follow the being from before with the red 'hair'. Yes, hair, I was beginning to understand this concept as I had 'hair' of my own. I wasn't sure of its purpose but that wasn't to be the first thing I would think about. Everything else happening was much more interesting. I wasn't too aware of the other noises the beings were making and translating them was too difficult a task for me yet.] (The pale boy would continue following Mitsuru seemingly ignorant of any danger that might be nearby. He was told to stay close to her so that's what he would do seemingly regardless of what anyone else said.)
Vibrant Self-Righteousness
[A symbol of the strange figure. I wasn't sure what this figure was. It seemed solid in nature at least by looking at it. Looking and observation were a strange thing to adapt to. The shadow around it. I didn't much care for the darkness or shadows. I followed the light. The light was my guidance but if there was a place covered in darkness perhaps it needs my liberation. The light had to spread. I wouldn't let other beings be trapped in it as I was for so long. During my inner thinking, I realized the nature of the mark had changed as a group of particular beings seemed to be dragged into it. I wondered if they did the same as I. To think and feel, I wasn't used to it but I craved it more and more and to think that beings share this 'thought' interested me.] (They appeared to be male in nature but it was hard to tell with their almost bland looks. They were by no means generic but they wore almost all white with pale skin and hair. It was as if their skin had never touched the light yet their eyes shined brightly to the point where it was almost impossible to see them clearly. Seeing the others they would approach the portal carefully as if wary of the shadows. Perhaps they weren't even aware of the fear in their eyes. Finally, they would approach it and begin trying to reach in first to see if it was safe.)
