I would love to live in Tokyo though because I love cities and I come from a suburban area

Tokyo is a pretty rad city. It might be pretty hard to get by actually living there if you don't speak/read Japanese, though.

Ah so you live out in real country, I'm in a small city so there aren't coyotes or anything just it's not very big.

For such a big urban city Tokyo does feel very safe, which is pretty cool. it's definitely got its share of sketchiness, but unless you're really adventurous or really gullible you're not just gonna come across that by accident.
