Yeah! At the bunker, you can hardly turn a corner without seeing some fellow units chatting up a storm. On missions however, there is officially a rule that states that "emotions are prohibited" but it's very loosely enforced. Hell even 2B, who keeps reminding me of the rule, seems to only stick to it most of the time she's around me.
