Pardon me,

It's come to my attention that the general public seems to find these Phantom Thieves "fascinating." At the risk of sounding repetitive, what is it about them that attracts the masses? I was certain that my justice was a general consensus among-st the public. However, it seems everyone's cognition has... changed, as of late.

I haven't received too favorable opinions about myself, either. Haha. But, I digress.

Surely, there must be someone out there who believes in the justice I am so desperately pushing? ^^

Well... Hypothetically speaking, if you were to obtain a gun through illegal means, you would be arrested for possession. ^^ Of course, I doubt you would even make it into a precinct with a deadly weapon and not come out in handcuffs.

However, if you were to know someone inside the police station... a colleague, or even an officer that could look the other way... I'm sure that, hypothetically speaking, it would be possible to infiltrate a closed room, devoid of any other officers, to take care of a "thorn" in your side...

But that would take careful planning.

To answer your question Akechi, we don't have any idea really, the "general public" in this case are just mindless drones that exist for the sole reason to fill space, go ahead and ask one of the shopkeepers a question that requires thought, I doubt you'll get an answer that makes sense.
And if you do then that just means we don't know everything about this world yet, and will consider your findings an advancement in science.
