Reading up about this world? I will admit I have been doing so as well. Labrys and her associates have been providing me with reading material. It was recommended I go to the Library as well.

Of course it is. While you're overweight your body will not tone. If your goal is weight loss, cutting 500 calories a day alone would lose a pound a week without moving any more than before. In contrast, exercise loses you that much in an hour. Seven hours a week of exercise or eating a muffin less per day?

@imtherealklib The easiest first step is to only drink water henceforth. At best a drink is 100 calories per 500ml (around a water bottle) while the average man should drink 2.5L-3L a day. If you can manage even this, you would lose a pounr a week (a pound is commonly cited as 3500 calories).

My diet is 1200-1300 calories a day.

With his attention on the face shot, Klib would fail to realize that he was really going for a punch to the stomach with his left.*

Having lost sight of Klib, Delta takes a defensive stance and waits for the inevitable approach. He keeps his feet planted on the ground, but with enough bounce to maneuver out of the way if needed.*

That's quite the skill, but I've got more techniques than the Lightning Dive in my arsenal.

The bonds we forge with others are just as important to getting stronger for people like us as fighting. And I'm not sure when I forgot that fact, but it won't ever happen again.

A descending strike from the air with the right, a left-handed uppercut, a right jab and left straight to finish it off.*

I can pause the passage of time for an hour, but people can still move and continue about their day. I effectively add an hour without disrupting clocks and day night cycles. I can also slow time in short bursts, but it effects everyone's movements too except mine, allowing me to unleash flurries of attacks.

Yeah, I think did help clear away some of my fears. A lot more than I thought it would actually. I have to say, I'm impressed at how well you fight without Leonidas. I didn't think anyone else really put much effort in it. We should train together sometime. I bet you could do some cool combination techniques with your persona.

I'm still not used to fighting alongside Leonidas, which is why I'd be more than happy to train again together. Fighting with all of my allies will teach me more in combat than a dumb shadow ever would.
