It seems like Shinji-san is positive Nanaka didn't kniw anything based on her intellect and he won't do anything to jeopardize the case or the killer..........my suspicion of Shinji being a nuscience at the time of the killer's capture and interrogation has dropped to about 5% yet nobody knows his true intentions and thoughts on the matter

Surely that isn't enough of a motif for murder, Shinji, but your disdain for the deceased and your sister becoming a victim is peculiar... I understand the situation with your sister was rocky?

Yu doesn't find much that wasn't already discovered. Jackman's right hand is stained with blood from the stab wound on his heart. He sees the trail of blood that Shinji followed before the two crashes stopped the search and not much else.

Mishimans realizes how loaded the Jackman family must have been with all the expensive looking artwork and statues and vase placed around elegantly.

No, My sister and I are.. were close, we're just honest with the fact that she isn't the brightest bulb. There was nothing rocky about our relationship.

As for when the murders happened...
I wasn't paying attention to who was there and who wasn't, We went to our rooms and came back down, then the body was found,

For Nanaka, Em and I were planning to investigate the rooms, I recruited Reaper to help us, and expected Nanaka to as well, for reasons explained in the book.

Then there were loud crashes in the second floor and the garden, Narukami and Mish went to the garden and Em, Reaper, and I went downstairs to the rooms, where we found a butler cleaning up a clock he had knocked over.

Then we heard the scream, and all ran to the restroom, Us three from downstairs, and Narukami and Mish from outside.

I don't think everyone here has a past of professional killing, at least, I never killed people. Mishimans is a shadow, but they aren't the killing type. I'm not too sure about Frost but they arrived late anyway. Em is also a mystery to me but they haven't seemed like a killer as long as I've known them. Who does that leave?

Perhaps the killer meant to frame you. Someone who knows you enough to know you have a sister and your disdain for Jackman. My current profile for the culprit reads them as methodical, but also aggressive, given the state of Nanaka's murder.

Does anyone you know fit this profile?

At the time of Nanaka's death I was checking the crash sound that was heard in the garden. Yu can easily vouch for me on that.

Normally i'm not nervous and anyone can tell you that but seeing actual dead bodies is actually pretty disturbing. I thought no one could die here you know and suddenly this happens.

*Gives a humorless laugh*

I can't unsee her blood and it's starting to get to me.

They find a very organized room waiting for them behind the door. Stacks of papers and files line a desk in one corner of the room. The bed is neatly made and various shelves and things. There's two unlocked chests by the closet and the window is open.

There's nothing found from searching the bed. Just some magazines about JUSTICE and such

Yu finds various versions of the invitation letter in Jackman's handwriting, a couple of letters about different charities he was donating to, and other unrelated things. Nothing about his finances can be found.

Kalib sees a long drop to the ground from the window, and no signs that anything was thrown out of it either.

The trio in Jackman's room discover that the metal object looks like it's used to tend to fires. The sharp end is where the most blood is, and resembles a knife.

At this point Mish is incredibly suspicious. He's been acting weird around the bodies, he was hungry when he saw the corpses, he run off from me on the way to the kitchen, his alibi with Yu is iffy, and he's been drunk for the past few days!

Jackman's murder was likely planned ahead of coming here since the killer stabbed him but Nanaka's death was more in the moment since it was more brutal and the weapon of choice came from the same room

A towel rack is not strong enough to deal a fatal blow, and Nanaka was clearly beaten. No stab wounds were on Nanaka's body, so the pokor was not used. A different weapon was used for the two murders.

It couldn't hurt to check the bathroom, though.

Frost is right... The killer must have been in a hurry to kill Nanaka, hence the wounds differences.

From the back of the head though... It wasn't because Nanaka saw something. I believe someone killed Nanaka deliberately to throw you off trail.

I was alone for a few minutes and was not attacked. This killer may not be concerned with evidence, but more likely, wanted to kill someone irrelevant to distract from Jackmans death. Perhaps even frame Shinji.

A towel rack is missing from the bathroom, and the windows in the intimidate area are open. They aren't big enough for a person to fit through, but an object....

The window in the bathroom reveals nothing. It was simply opened up. If I can assume Kalib searches the other windows, he finds specks of blood on the curtain for one of the hallway windows. Looking down it a glint can be seen from below.

The window in here is open... I did not notice this my first time examining her corpse as I was caught up with the body itself... It is much too small for a person... Was she perhaps killed by a throwaway weapon? but then, where is the weapon?

(So it's over. I learned a lot, this went on way too long, and Mishimans was the killer. Hope we can do something like this again but have it be a bit more organized and focused.)
