I always had a fascination and motivation with, and how phantom thieves operate and save people in their own way. Now I have a mission for them in America. I've awakened to a Persona just recently but i can't seem to summon it at will; now here's the thing I want to trigger a change of heart in my nephew Troylin Florent, but i don't know if he has a palace or not

First of all, change of heart requests aren't actually allowed if i remember my rules correctly. Secondly. If you want to meet the phantom thieves, how about you try going to a cosplay convention.

Uh, speaking from what the mods in the past have tried to enforce, real change of heart requests are against the rules. Threads that do as such are usually locked.

Well it was awhile back You've only been here for about a month... I've been here since January and I can tell you man, those threads are always locked promptly. If you can give us a link to that post, then please do. I doubt they were being real

Locks like that are different from what I assume Yu is talking about, so let me throw my two-cents in. Generally, I just use my better judgement for stuff like that. Like if a thread is like "Change (Blank)'s Heart" and it's obviously just in good fun then I don't mess with it. There's an argument that they should be tagged as meme, but that's fairly minor in my eyes. It's when there's stuff like "Change (Political Figure)'s Heart" that I think action needs to be taken.
