OOC: the difference between mutli and single target spells seems silly to me. Logically speaking it's as simple as pumping more power into the spell and spreading the damage across a wider area. I get that you can only use so much power but not being able to mod it a tad seems odd.

Why don't you get a skill card for something with an area of effect?

Why, yes it is. Specifically pine resin for the elements of fire, lightning and poison, magical gel that imbues the weapon with magical power, and.....pale pin resin from irythill, that is particularly abhorred by everybody. Also....human resin....from ash and bone
