I didn't show up until after that fight but I remember that Kazuya was covered in blood. Whoever he is, obviously he's unlike any other enemy we've faced.

Yes Lux's Persona nulls all Attack magic. Even Almighty, My blinding from Hyperion worked. And he's insanely skill in melee. Even Kaz couldn't take him at close range.

I don't know about normal status effect's Hyperion is pretty special so it may only be him. But it can't hurt to try Klib. Also don't worry Gamma he won't be back today. I scared him off once he figured I'll go in for the kill!

And he doesn't fight hand to hand he uses hidden blades and pretends to trip into people. Causes a ton of bleeding.

True, Though for me coffee is useless since I cast from HP, Plus you never know when you might need to cure an ailment in a jiffy, Like that time in the palace when 2 members got feared, that wasn't gonna just go away.

Though apperantly smacking someone in the face with Orange Caprisun achieves the same goal soooo.... maybe soda's a bit overrated.
